Plumber came out and advised he would have to tear down my wall just to install a new shower handle. To make things worse I wasn’t told there was a $79 charge for just showing up. Now I’m not a plumber but I do know that people replace shower handles without having to tear down the shower walls. Be careful with this crooked company !!

Best Plumbing Ltd is absolutely the BEST plumbing service around. Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

We are a private school and small business, and in these times we have a tight budget. We chose WCS to provide quarterly maintenance for our 5 HVAC units as well as replace an expired unit today. As a school for young children, we cannot function without cooling during the summer months. We are pleased with the professionalism and priority they provide us when we are in need. They are extremely thorough with a high level of customer service.

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

The technician was very nice and respectful. He has very good experience and knowledge and helped answer all the questions that we had, with patience. He also suggested few things that can keep the heating and cooling system run smoothly. I definitely recommend buckeye heating and cooling!!
