I have tried every big-name company in the county, during the past 30 years of living in my aging U.A. home….for a laundry list of plumbing issues. I could go on and on about the disappointments and expenses I have encountered. FINALLY, after listening to the consistent and numerous recommendations from relatives and neighbors, I found the BEST, MOST RELIABLE, HONEST, AND FAIRLY PRICED COMPANY that I recommend to everyone I know and would NEVER think of using anyone other than OLD HILLIARD PLUMBING!

A recent, traumatic predicament captures the essence of their company. On the day the state-mandated the STAY AT HOME ORDER (except for essential services) I discovered water dripping from a newly installed basement ceiling, seeming to be coming from a newly constructed bathroom right above the water leak. Not only did I doubt that I could get anyone out here that very day, but became quite panicked about the damage happening to all of the brand new construction. The owner of Old Hilliard made sure one of her very best and experienced employees arrived here before nightfall. The problem turned out to NOT be a simple or easy issue. Nevertheless, no matter how short-handed or the level at which their schedule was packed…..they returned for THREE days to solve and remedy some major mistakes made by the construction crew!

I simply cannot say enough about the gratitude I have for this company, their owner, superior employees, and dedication to quality service.

Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.

The drain for the washing machine was clogged and water was everywhere! I called Roto Rooter and they said they would send someone over last night by 9:50pm. At 10:26pm, I received a call from Roto Rooter and they said no one was coming, but I could have the first appointment the next day (Tuesday) at 8:00am. I waited until 8:31am, then I called them. The had me scheduled around 1:00pm. I had a conflict and that wasn't going to work. They then said they would send the next available technician. Roto Rooter sent technician Joshua Mack Tech#3643. Joshua was quite personable and he had on a mask! He went right to work after assessing the problem. What seemed like in no time, Joshua Mack had the drain flowing smoothly. He cleaned up so well you couldn't tell that he'd been there! His service was beyond reproach and he should be used as an example for others! Joshua Mack's excellent service made up for the scheduling debacle!

We had to have some major repair done on our plumbing system. We have a well and a water softener. They replaced our old plumbing system and made it more efficient! They were on time, made multiple return calls as needed because they were working around other contractors at the same time. Scott, in particular, always had a positive can-do attitude! He clearly knows what he's doing and gives a fair price!

Called this company to come identify a problem in my basement bathroom. Four men came out, first two were very kind and walked me through some options but could not identify the problem so they sent two more men out. I’ve now paid for 2 visits and a “travel fee” and nothing was fixed or resolved. After months of waiting for a “part to come in” and countless follow ups by me, I’m now getting zero responses.

I am very picky about what contractor I let work on my home. Unfortunately, most contractors can not perform their job to my expectations nor to my level of attention to detail.

Miller-Ranney Cantrell's price was very fair and the work performed was flawless. Everyone I spoke to at this company was friendly and knowledgable. The receptionist/scheduler that I spoke to on the phone was great. Tom Ranney was able to come to my home and give me an estimate within a few hours of me calling and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew that arrived to perform the work was very hard working, considerate of my home and property, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their level of attention to detail was impeccable!
