The tech wasn't able to perform the service due to the width of our pipes not being standard so unable to use his equipment to snake our drain but was quick to explain what he believed the issue to be and referred us to buisenes that could help. Very thankful for his effort, info and time.

I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. I bought a home built in 1959 with all the original cast iron, galvanized, and lead plumbing. Over the course of a few visits most of my old waste lines were replaced with PVC, a formerly frozen hose bib replaced, an in line water filter moved and replaced, they did toilet flanges, tub drains and overflows also. The work was neat and beyond competent. Their pricing was fair with old school work ethics not seen much these days. Many thanks to TJ and the rest for their efforts!

Although no homeowner looks forward to having to call plumbers for problems I will only need to make one call in the future.

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Thank you again Mike!

Needed a water heater replacement and got several quotes. WHP was the most responsive and helpful in finding me a replacement at a reasonable price. Cost was 30-35% below the nearest competitors, with no surprises. They were able to schedule me within 2 days (non-emergency), and Jeff was on-time and got our large 75 gal. unit replaced in under 3 hours.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

Absolutely recommend. I've asked each person who has come out for service if they like working at Amanda Plumbing. I'm impressed by how many love working there. And the number of years they've been there. Great company with skilled employees. Wish I'd found Amanda Plumbing sooner.

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

I filed a claim with my home warranty company for a plumbing vent issue we were having in May 2020, and was unfortunate enough to be assigned RooterMan to work with. i’m pretty sure the home warranty company picked the absolute worst business in Columbus to contract with so they could get out of their obligations, because that is exactly what happened.

RooterMan sent a tech to look at and diagnose the issue, he told us we would have to have a smoke test done to identify where the problem was coming from, and that it was obvious work needed to be done. From there it was radio silence. A couple weeks after he was here we called the warranty company to see what was going on, and they told us that RooterMan indicated that nothing needed to be done and they closed the claim, which directly contradicted what the tech told us while he was here.

I called RooterMan to see what was going on, and over the course of two weeks, called and spoke to the owner four times, and every time he was completely clueless about what was going on with his own business and said he would give me a call back each time (spoiler alert, he never contacted me once). Finally he had obviously started screening my calls, and I know this because he was dumb enough to answer after I immediately called from a different number. It’s now been over three months and I’ve still yet to get that call.

Thanks to the unprofessionalism, lack of care, and terrible customer service, I’m now in a permanent limbo with my claim, which I’ve accepted in just going to have to pay for myself. Save yourself a lot of headache and look for literally any other plumber in the city to work with.
