We have been trying to solve a severe water pressure problem in our primary shower for years. No one could figure it out. Cliff was the third plumber to tackle it. It was tough at first but Cliff persisted and figured it out. It wasn’t easy but now we have full pressure. Worth every penny. Cliff is pleasant, professional and an expert in plumbing and repair. Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).

From the moment I reached out until the job was completed, Jason was very responsive to my questions and gave me options to consider in whether to repair or replace my 7 year old gas hot water tank. Everything was quick, easy and painless. He had the best price of the companies I had quoted and within less than 48 hours, I had a new tank and hot water!
The gentleman who installed the tank (along with Jason) answered any questions I had as they were installing the tank. From the time they arrived to the time the tank was installed and they were leaving was a quick hour and 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes, my hot water was abundant.

Never in my life did I imagine that having to pay a company to fix a leak would be a good experience. Shoe with Rooter Works proved me completely wrong. From the moment he walked in the door he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities to identify and fix the leak. Shoe walked us through everything he was doing and explained it all to us. We ended up having to take a huge chunk of drywall out of our new home which again, made me feel overly anxious as I knew the repairs were not done when he left.Shoe made my family and I so confident in his absolutists that we agreed to pay his company on the spot to correct the issue.
