Best Installation Pump in Columbus OH

My main shutoff valve was leaking and I had it replaced. Everything went perfectly, quickly, and it was much less expensive than other places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Scheduled our appointment to replace our shut-off valve (that required a city water shut-off) for 12-4PM only to realize the utilities department closes at 1:30 now. The service technician would not have been able to do the job before the utilities department closed, so I called to see if we could get someone out sooner. Roto-Rotter had someone out 45 minutes later. He looked at our issue, ran and got parts, and had it done an hour and a half later. We were then able to call and have our water turned back on before the 1:30 cut off.

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

I had a washing machine pipe issue on New Years Eve. I called many plumbers and most were closed, didn't call me back or had extra fees for holiday service. A 3 Aces picked up immediately, was friendly in scheduling, came on New Years day and had great service. Mike was friendly and professional. He did everything he could to keep the costs down. I would recommend this plumber to anyone. Very good company and people!

SewerQuest replaced our downspout lines to the street because they were plugged from over 20 years of use. TJ and his crew did an excellent job, making sure all joints were glued and placed on grade. They also took great care to clean up and restore the area after the lines were installed. The best part was they offered the best price among three estimates. I highly recommend them.

Cliff Fraley is friendly, professional, and reasonable. He does a great job of letting you know when he will arrive and is always on time. This time he helped us with installing a garbage disposal and replacement of sink drains. In the past he installed new toilets, the sump pump, and cleaning drains both inside and outside. He educates us on the areas he works on so that we can maintain our home better. We have referred him to our neighbors and friends, and everyone is pleased with his work.

They “fixed” the issue twice. Tommy has no called / no showed multiple times. They are no longer answering attempts to contact them. Do not use. I don’t even trust them to come back and fix their prior mistakes.

This company took months to fix our bath tub. They were not professional at all. We had to call them to come back out to fix our bath tub. Call them again to come out and even finish the work. Just never ending with them. Got the bill and seemed very unreasonable so called and spoke with the owner who is just rude. Stating that it is all listed in there. Wouldn’t explain what the charges were. I would not recommend this company. They will take months to fix the problem and over charge you without explaining the bill. Clearly they don’t care about customer service.
