Best Emergency Plumbing Repair in Columbus OH

The service I received from Antwan was excellent. He returned my call, set up the appointment and showed up on time. He performed the work efficiently and effectively then had me check it to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to someone needing a plumber.

I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

I reached out to Only Water Heaters after I got an extremely expensive (to the point of absurdity) replacement quote from one of the larger plumbing companies in the Columbus area. Only Water Heaters was able to give a quote over the phone and they were able to get the replacement scheduled a couple of days later. The quoted price was much more in line with how much the water heater costs + parts/labor.

The person who came out to do the replacement showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire install took less than 2 hours. They even re-did the exhaust vent so that it had the proper slope up to the chimney and the ran some new copper piping down to the water tank itself. Even with this extra work, the final price was exactly as quoted.

If I ever need to replace a hot water heater, I'll be calling this place!

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. DJ and Daniel were very professional and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I had been working on the problem myself and didn't have the skills or equipment to remove a metal pipe that had collapsed in on itself. A common problem with older homes. They showed me the cutout old pipe, installed the proper new PVC, cleaned it up all nice and shiny, and I thought that for a plumber the price was very reasonable.

Very good service. Friendly, professional and leave you home as clean as when they arrived.

Couldn't put a zero star review. Had his customer calling to order the materials for him. Refusing to give a total price for the job until it was done. Left us waiting all day with no a/c and at 8:30pm finally he said, well I just got home ilI' call tomorrow..... Promised job to be done on Saturday , here it is Monday and still no answer and no a/c!!! BEWARE......

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
