Best Emergency Plumbing Repair in Columbus OH

Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

The technician did a good job. He was polite set an expectation for his work and delivery based off of what he stated. There was a slight mess left but nothing too bad. My concern with the service comes from the timeliness. I initially scheduled my appointment the day prior for the 8am - 10am window. I did not recieve a call and followed up at 10:05am when I spoke to the representative they informed me that I never scheduled for that window of time even though I had an email confirmation because I scheduled online. The rep said I was scheduled for 11- 1pm. The tech did not show up until aprox 2pm. He completed his work which took about 2hrs doing a main line correction which cost about $700 total. I was satisfied with the work but I do feel like the timeliness was an issue I had to reschedule my day around the service that I wasnt sure would ever come. I would recommend roto rooter but I would also caution you to be aware of the service timeliness established by the website and customer service reps

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try DrainMaster based on the great reviews. Tina came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did she do a thorough job, she was good with explaining what she did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call DrainMaster again.

Worst experience ever out of any service i have ever gotten from anything. Sewage pipe in basement broke. Saturday night guy shows up and takes a look. says he has to contact landlord. Contacts landlord who gives him approval. Guy tells landlord:1. has been leaking for a long time. ok i would notice poo water leaking in my basement. 3 weeks ago roommate was running on the treadmill 3 feet away from the pipe while i was in the shower.2. Not a big deal can wait. yes it is a big deal if you could not use water in your house without getting poo water on your basement floor would you be ok with it.3. i have a leaking pipe going to my fish tank. the pipe he was talking about CLEARLY goes to my washer and is turned on and off when we use it and drains into a drain. on top of that is none of his business. Which resulted in my landlord forcing me to get rid of fish tank.Anyway monday rolls around and they said there will be someone here 11-12. 12:30ish guy shows up takes a look and say he will have his guys out within the hour. 2ish guy shows up says ok i know what i need and leaves. 2:45 guy comes back with another guy says they know what they need and leave. guy shows up with a different guy(5th different person at my house) and leaves. guys show back up cut down the drain leave it on my floor and leave. come back and finally put in the new pipe and remove the old one that leaked all over my basement at 8:15PM. went down today to find my washer up plugged. found the bent to hell plug to plug in which was covered in poo which was now on my hands. fixed the plug plugged it in. noticed the water hose was disconnected. went to plug it in found out they broke the connector off the back of my washer. did not tell me or anything. also found a nice big pile of poop back there. Oh and asked me to use my mop to clean up

These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.

Overall a good experience. The service man-Sam was great.. went above and beyond to take care of issue. Thank you for a great service!

Matt came to our property to assist with a main sewage line issue. We had let him know what the problem was before he arrived (day before and morning of the job). He didn’t show up with the proper tools to complete the job and stunk of alcohol. He was very smug and arrogant and talked down to my boyfriend. He was clearly there to collect his hourly pay for no work completed.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Fantastic company that provides quality service!

I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.

I am very pleased with this company. Called Tues. & had an appointment on Wed. They replaced the leaking kitchen faucet along with a leaking water valve in the basement. Their pricing is excellent for the time it took to do the repairs. They are professional and do a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommended. Had them out to empty grease interceptor. Supposedly the grease interceptor was cleaned before we opened our business. It wasn't. CPR tech went above and beyond to remove the hardened grease and still charged the quoted price. I will use CPR anytime I need service.

As always, great service! Already planning on having more work done later this summer! Great company!

After posting my review, the owner of the company reached out to my husband to rectify the situation. He was very apologetic and instantly refunded our money. We appreciate him taking the time to contact us personally and immediately offer solutions.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.

We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.
