Plumbing and drain professionals was quick with my bathroom drain in getting it unclogged. Price was fair but could have been better. Was very happy with the response time and the professionalism of the plumber named Montana.

We are more than satisfied with the service we received from Roto-Rooter, and especially, Chad, the technician. It was close to dinner time when we noticed our kitchen sink was stopped up. To our surprise, Roto-Rooter said they would send someone out that evening. Chad was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and set to work on cleaning out the drain. He did not rush the job, but he got it done in good time. He made certain to to run enough water through the system to make certain it was working properly. He gave us a lot of tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Professional, prompt and provide great service. I had a bad clog. The Tech had to work very hard to get it unclogged, but he did with no problem. Apex performed a complete house main drain replacement both inside my basement and the outside pipe. Chase handled the indoor work. This was a large job which took a full week to pull water heater and furnace, dig up extensive amounts concrete basement floor to be able to replace the pipe going outside, as well as drain pipe from kitchen. Chase and team were prompt, polite and most importantly made sure I was able to at least use the water in my bathroom sink, toilet, shower before they left each day. Job was completed on schedule and the job site was cleaned up when work was finished. I highly recommend both Chase and Apex Plumbing. I should never have need for a plumber again after this work, but I would definitely use them again.

2 guys came from ars rescue rooter to fix my drain and after charging me $500 to run the cable, they couldn’t fix the problem. They then told me the problem was in the backyard. That I needed to demolish my deck so that they can excavate and fix the pipes which was going to cost me over $7000.I called discount drains for second opinion and they run the cable and in less than an hour dug out some roots, tampons, paper towels and the problem was solved for less than $300.Ars rescue rooter is a FRAUD, taking advantage of innocent people by recommending what you don’t need for high charges. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE

Fast and fair. Called them this morning to unclog our disposer. They were here within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Only charged us for an express service call even though he had to take apart the plumbing under the sink to fix it. Very fair!!

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

I've used Calhoun plumbing for years now and typically am pretty happy with the work. However, my hot water tank went out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and I couldn't get an appointment until Tuesday. Really disappointed that I couldn't get quicker service and I ended up going elsewhere to have the repair done same day. It would be great to have more options for quicker repairs.

MRC Plumbing did a GREAT job!!! The first tech that came out was unsure of my problem. I have well water & I know sometimes it takes a lot of diagnostics to find the problem. Of course it was a Friday & I was afraid I would go all weekend with no water. Without having water I was frustrated & upset. A team of 3 guys came out on Saturday & stayed all day to find & fix my problem. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work!! Thank you for being a company I can count on!!!!!
