Great local plumber, I've used them commercially and residentially, five stars for both!

John and Q were professional, helpful but most of all they fixed the problem quickly! We live in a older home and the sewer has been an issue in the past. They made clog/blockage was completely cleared. They told us what we could do to prevent problem in the future and what to look for so we could call before the drain completely clogged. Very happy with the work.

Had a technician out to clean our main line, which took a few hours. The two men who came were very professional, well spoken, explained everything in detail, let me look at the camera footage as they were sending it through, and told me about the possibility of having a patch put in our broken line. We then talked to Scott Steiner about the patch, and were also very impressed with him. We are very happy with The Waterworks altogether and will use them from now on with any plumbing issues or HVAC issues.

I reached out for help with a plumbing issue, and I was impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of service. Overall I had a great experience.

This is the second time I've had Apex at my house and I usually don't write reviews, but I was just so blown away with this appointment. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how things worked - which is actually going to save me money. Finding a good plumbing company has been difficult, but I'll definitely be sticking with Apex for any future plumbing issues.

Very punctual. I called and a half hour later they had arrived. Was informative and answered all questions. Was very clean putting booties on tires of equipment.

The handles on my main shut off valve broke so I could not turn my water supply back on; ARS was able to come out the same day and get the water supply back on and the technician did not charge for that service despite it being a weekend and emergency response. So upon having a new kitchen installed, I hired them to fix the shut off valve and realign pipes for the new kitchen sink. The technician was prompt and did not hesitate to answer my questions. Highly recommend utilizing their services for any of your plumbing needs.

Wouldn’t have thought this job could be completed in one day but he found the leak and had it repaired within a couple of hours. He had to cut the ceiling and repair drain pipes and replace toilet flange. He was very nice and respectful of my home and cleaned up the mess. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things. I was so worried about calling the right plumber but I must say I’m happy with the result. Makes me feel good about spending my money with the right people even though it hurt my pockets a little. Initially had issues with service performed at my home in 2018, once I brought these issues up with the company owner, Matt, he took full ownership and responsibility for the issues at hand and apologized. He explained the situation and resolved the issues in a quick and efficient manner. For this reason I am changing my rating to 5 stars as I truly believe this company cares about its customers and would do anything possible to amend an unsatisfactory situation. After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

They replaced the drain line out in the yard 7 feet deep. They are connected with a finance company called Wisetack and Wisetack paid for the repair and then I make easy low interest payments to Wisetack. I recommend Plumbing One to all my Landlord collegues. Jess, is awesome!

I called Hesson for a hot water tank replacement. They were really easy to work with, right on time, professional, quick, and affordable! They even stuck around afterward to answer and walk me through my questions. I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing services in the future.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have.
