G and M have come out to our house twice. Once to replace a water heater and once to fix some corroded faucets for our washer hook-up. On both occasions they were fair and upfront. They worked quickly and efficiently and they are our first call for our plumbing needs. Even better is their honesty. We recently contacted them about some plumbing renovation work and instead of trying to do a quick job, they were honest that they were stretched pretty thin and wouldn't be able to do the work before the fall. I appreciate how straightforward they are and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Trevor come out and unclogged our lines and got us back up and running super fast. Very nice professional employee would definitely recommend him for anyone!!!

My 7 year old water heater stopped heating and it started gushing water! I called Fritz Baumann & Sons and Brett patiently walked me through step by step of what I needed to do to stop it. He then asked for pictures of my current set up to see what he needed to help remedy the problem. I received a call a short while later saying he found all he needed and would be out that afternoon to replace my water heater and update my existing associated plumbing to new code. They were timely, neat, and very communicative. Its almost unheard of to get such quick service these days. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. It was also nice to learn that Fritz Baumann & Sons is family run and a 4th generation company.

Chris, my technician was amazing. He helped save me money by repairing my garbage disposal when I thought I was going to need to replace it.My only complaint is the cost of garbage disposal installation. For an existing mount you're looking at around $300. For a new fixture you're looking at $600. (The garbage disposal itself is $95-$120 new if you buy it on your own). I confirmed with the tech that it's only a 20-40 min process to put one on an existing mount. So that means they're charging $300 for less than an hour of work. That's absolutely insane.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. Water Heater was found with a significant leak about 10:00 PM the night before Memorial Day. Called on Memorial Day and technician arrived within the hour and replaced the heater in less than 3 hours.

My water heater was at the end of its life and I needed help QUICK. We were about 1.5 weeks without hot water, during some chilly days this winter and I went through my home warranty and got The Service People.
I was antsy to get my water heater fixed/replaced and worked with them to do it asap. I mostly worked with Matt and he did the best he could with the tools he was given by my warranty and thank goodness, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and tried to minimize our wait time.
Matt helped explain things to me the best he could and came by to fix the heater temporary. Though the temporary fix didn't last, he worked to help me get the permanent solution fairly quickly.
He was able to install our new water heater and walked me through the steps of this new water heater if it were to malfunction and what I should look for. Very helpful, very efficient.
My warranty pretty much covered all my services, but their pricing seemed competitive. Except for a couple things, I was ae to afford the entire service and that was so helpful, to save thousands for service.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing work. Just look at that craftsmanship, I wish I had pictures of how bad it looked before. A1

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.
