We had a laundry room pipe clog which caused water to back up in the utility sink when the washer drained. Then the sink stopped draining all together. The first company that came out said it required more than 50’ of cable line to find/unclog the blockage and they didn’t have a long enough line to do that. I then called Roto-Rooter and their technician, Shawnte, came within the hour. Shawnee had over 20 years of experience , was able to locate the problem, fix the problem, and get our water running freely again. He was terrific in every way and so was this service. I had a toilet drain clogged up from an accidental flush of a toilet cleaner head. I tried everything I could but it was beyond my reach with the limited tools I had. I called the office and they were very professional. They fit me in their schedule as soon as they could and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour upon arrival.

Daniel was on time and very professional. Explained the problem and the options I needed to consider to fix the water heater. After this discussion, I decided it was best to replace it. He left to pick up the new heater and returned promptly. With traveling to get the new fixture and installing it the whole process was completed in less than 3 hours. I will use Apex Plumbing in the future.

Rob Cook did a fine job in snaking my main line. He was quick and to the point. The problem was corrected within 15 minutes of snaking. Within 30 ft. in the problem was unclogged.. He also answered all my questions. I recommend his service to anyone.

Outdoor Faucet froze and burst, and I had a leaking toilet valve. I believe the Service Man's name was Hunter - he did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and answered every question I had. I learned a lot about tuff nobody else would explain to me for other Plumbing repairs in the past. Worth every penny.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.

He was very courteous and after telling him we had no water, due to a pipe leak, he arranged for a tech to come out by 7pm. I was thrilled that they offered to come out the same day. Chris arrived within the hour. He was friendly and went right to work to detect and repair the water line. He was thorough, knowledgeable and quick to have our water on again.
