Best Drain Cleaning in Columbus OH

Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.
Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. Technicians work very efficiently and very very timely. Explained warranty on work and took care to make sure each area was throughly cleaned. My husband and i would highly recommended this company.

Always professional and expedient

I needed to replace a toilet in my home so gave Apex Plumbing a call after seeing their excellent reviews online. I was shocked when they said they could fit me in the same day then further impressed by their communication and updates regarding the tech arrival. My tech Keenan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly reviewed my options, purchased my new toilet and installed it all basically in less than an hour. I would recommend Apex to anyone!

Scheduling the service was brutal. I tried to be patient as it was Christmas Eve. I was given a 4 hour window, no call. I called and was told an hour. Hour later, no call. Called again, told an hour, hour later , no call. Finally 1 1/2 hours later, a guy shows up and didn’t have right equipment for job.
So I get on schedule for Christmas morning, 8-9 am. Call at 8 am, get confirmation that someone will be at house by 9am. At 8:50 I call, I am told plumber not getting to office until 9:30. Finally at 2:30 , 28 hours after I originally called, I get someone to do the job.
I will say that the gentleman that came out, Chris, was great. Very kind and honest and respectful.
But I will never use Roto Rooter again. Over-promising and under-delivering will never get repeat business from me.

John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

Leo Long and Nick Young are two awesome guys. Their work ethic and professionalism is amazing. They are an asset to your company. I am going to set up an account with Rescue Rooter and use you exclusively and recommend you to family and friends. I will be asking for Leo and Nick for future jobs. I had a small leak at two valves and a hose under the sink. The technician was fast, professional and personable. I think it was expensive but I needed it repaired and they got the job done

Mark come out to my house and fully explained everything that I had an issue with. I was so empressed with his willingness to listen to my concerns my last plumber didn't do that! Kudos Mark I for one appreciate you!

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

I must admit, I'm always a little leery when trying out new companies in plumbing, electricity or auto mechanic but these guys blew me away with their customer service as well as their promptness! I am happy to say, if you need something done right away.....look no more! CPR Drain did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced!

Repairman was professional but cost was ridiculously high. Repair for 3 valves took approximately 30 min., charged $550. Do not use this company, fee charged to 89 yr old mother was major rip off. Not happy.
