Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

B&L did an OUTSTANDING job from my first call to job completion. Every person I spoke to was professional and helpful. John, the service technician was awesome. We had been without hot water for the past 14 days due to a faulty install by another plumbing company. I called B&L after hours, to try to resolve the problem. The night phone service was a live person who made us an appointment for first thing next morning. John, our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located. He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and B&L Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.

I've used this company twice. First time to get a gas line up into my kitchen for a gas stove. Done well and with a permit so everything is legal. Next time was a new water heater last year. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Shawn and Rob drove up to Parker and fix my air conditioning and gave me an estimate to upgrade our furnace. He beat a local plumbing and heating firm by $1500 on the repair of the air conditioner and beat the quote for a new furnace by $3000. They are the best and if you have any plumbing or heating issues, you need to contact them....their work is outstanding and they will give you the best price!

Just had a new Air Conditioner installed with Comfort by Design, and it was a fabulous experience. On the sales side, Scott was very friendly and easy to deal with. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I don't need and broke everything down for me exactly as I did need it. After the quote, that was the end of it. No additional charges after the fact, or any of that funny business that I've seen in the past. The installers, Mike and another gent who's name escapes me did a marvelous job! They got everything done very quickly and the result looks marvelous, even with the added challenge of having to route the connectors clear across my house and down to another floor to reach my furnace. Finally, their work passed inspection easily, lending more credence to the superior quality of their work. I could not be happier with the whole experience I received from Comfort by Design and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get any HVAC work done.
