It’s difficult to adequately explain, in writing, how pleased we are with Dwayne’s services. After I called him he was here in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. He listened to my explanation of what was happening and quickly determined where and what needed to be done. He gave an affordable and reasonable quote and went right to work. He was patient with my questions regarding the equipment he was using and the process to fix our plumbing issue (something I’m always very happy with the professionals – explaining the what’s, when’s, why’s and how’s). When Dwayne was finished he explained the recommended preventative measures for the drain system as they relate to our home. 5 stars aren’t enough. We purchased a replacement Rheem water heater through Home Depot with installation services by Delta in Colorado Springs. Service was scheduled the day after purchase and finished on time with no issues. Extremely happy with the installation service and quality. Andrew provided excellent customer service, showed up and finished on schedule, took time to explain install and maintenance procedures, and left the site in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

My basement's mechanical room is flooding into the finished area of our lower-level (as mentioned to the receptionist). I call B&L and immediately asked when someone was available and was told they were booked until Wednesday (I called on a Monday.) At first they couldn't get anyone out here then she offered emergency service and I asked how much it was. She had to call me back since she didn't know the cost. The customer service girl called back and said they could get me in the next day (which is Tuesday (non-emergency service) and I was scheduled from 4-6pm. It's now almost 10:00pm and I have received NO calls (no update call, no I'm running late call, etc.). In fact, I called at 6:15pm this evening to verifying my appt and the woman said I'm still in the schedule but the tech, Mike, was running a little late. These reviews MUST be fake. How unprofessional and disappointing. Time to find someone else to give my money to.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Mark was fantastic! He came within an hour and 30 minutes of calling! Fixed the leak and explained exactly what he was doing and prices along the way. We did a price check with another plumber to make sure and it was very fair!

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the completion of the service, Flow Right employees were professional, friendly and helpful! The service technician standard fee is a little pricey BUT with the great reviews and evidently great service they provide, I must say it was worth it! David Kittle was my technician and he was very helpful, very informative, professional and got the job done! I appreciate their business. Definitely reliable, highly recommend if you aren’t on budget, but if you need something, and done right, Flow Right is a great way to go for that peace of mind.

I'm a single mom of an army of 5 children. Our heat went out and it seemed as if the snow started falling every second there after. I was cold. The house was cold. The kids were cold. This was the one time my infant didnt snatch her socks off her toes, cause it was cold!🥶Kenyon and Pete called and said they would be there by three. Kids school called at 2 and said I had a sick kiddos to pick up. I was running late to meet the Bullseye team in my driveway. I recalled the number they courtesy called me from. They said they didn't mind waiting for us to arrive. They made me feel important as a customer. I felt, valued. That's hard to find now and days. I arrived, they bagged their feet, found the problem and saved the day. Great employee etiquette like that can't be taught, it was well learned. Great stature, supreme reliability, excellent work. Kenyon and Pete are great assets to Bullseye.

Jake H showed up 2 hours ahead of schedule. He was professional and did what he could to help. That being said the blockage was not cleared, going to go buy a snake myself to finish the job. His equipment broke before he could complete the job in its entirety.Updated review: after discussing the issues Roto rooter treated me respectfully and professionally. I have to say that the value based on circumstance was improved, they did what they could under circumstances and reimbursed me for services rendered as they could not be completed in their entirety. I would recommend and use these services again, prompt, professional and respectful.

Russ has done a lot of work for us - from installing an acid neutralizer in our home (to raise the pH of our well water) to replacing water heaters. garbage disposals, and fixing leaks in our rental properties. He's always on-time, does the job right the first time, and always has a smile on his face. We appreciate his service and recommend him often.
