Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. In February, 2020 our reidential furnace stopped working during a severe cold weather storm. An email in the middle of the night from me was answered immediately and a member of the office staff called before 8 AM the following morning. Purchase and installation of a replacement furnace was accomplished in less than 24 hours. Every interaction with the office staff and technicians of Comfort By Design has been outstanding. As a home owner I could have not asked for better people and service throughout our experience.

Dan, Zach and his team did a great job on my cured in place pipe liner. My main sewer line was clogged with roots and they were prompt in getting out to complete the job. They were also very flexible with my busy work schedule.

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

Damian was efficient and easy to work with. He showed up on time even though I wasn't on time. I appreciate his hard work. He was up front about pricing. Although it was a bit high, I'm aware of how expensive your equipment is to maintenance as well as purchase so I do understand. Thank you for the great service. Responded in a timely manner and got everything fixed up in just over an hour! 😁
