Mark was very professional and responsive that same day. He agreed to come in the evening, even after he worked all day. Mark worked until he solved my clog issue and charged a fair price.

Had a hot water heater installed with a code venting upgrade. They came out on a Saturday (which was scheduled in advance) and installed the new one. I was told it would be good to go and they scheduled the inspection. The day of the inspection I called to see when they might be by and it was never scheduled. No big deal. The inspector came the following week and failed it because it was the wrong venting gauge. I called affordable immediately and had to argue with 3 different people that they had installed the new venting (they claimed they just installed the water heater when venting upgrade was clearly on my invoice). Luckily, affordable came and fixed the issue that day (and almost charged me even though it was something they did not do correctly).Next week the inspector came out again. It failed for combustion venting this time. This is when it got a little frustrating. Called affordable and they said that they could have a tech come out to fix it. The day of the appointment affordable called me and said that they didn't have the proper venting and that they probably couldn't fix the issue because their supplier was closed on a Saturday. I told them out of convenience I would happily provide the vent they needed to help out. They said they would call me right back to see if that would work for the tech. I waited 1 1/2 hours before I called them back to see if someone was actually going to come by. Couldn't get an answer and was forwarded to the manager. My information was forwarded to the Denver manager instead and he tried to help me when it wasn't even his issue to deal with. Finally (and without a call) the tech, Nigel, showed up. He informed me that putting in the vent wouldn't be free (even though I was told it would be taken care of because of all of the hassles I had dealt with already the day prior by Heather) and that my best option was to just remove the door while the inspector was present and put it back up after. You could tell he didn't want to do the work and cared more about making sure I signed the invoice that claimed I denied venting. No, I wanted venting but you did not want to honor your word about something that should have been covered. Super shady. Hopefully my water heater will finally pass after dealing with these people for over a month.I would not recommend them in any way. If you are installing a hot water heater that has to pass code I would assume as a licensed contractor you want to make sure it passed correctly and did not have the ability to harm your customers in the long run for something as simple as not wanting to spend an hour installing a vent. It's a little embarrassing on your end.The only two people that have been nice throughout this whole process were Ed and Heather. Called at 8 am (Monday), quoted a 1030 arrival same day, showed up early, complete by 1045. Priced appropriately. Respectful, professional, job done correctly. Jeremy was excellent! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever had! Y’all were supposed to get this done TWO MONTHS AGO and we’re still here without a/c. By the time they get here it will already be winter. We keep getting told “we’re coming” and spoiler alert, they never come. This is ridiculous! Who runs a business like this? You guys need to learn what professionalism and punctuality is. Don’t use them, they are awful.Reply to the owner- We’ve been told many times that this would be resolved and it never has been. So you’d understand my skepticism. If they don’t come today, we want a full refund. I’m sure there are better businesses out there that can do the job they said they were going to do.

I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

HVAC Solutions is the best! We have used them for over 15 years to service our mechanical units. Three years ago, the team installed a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. The service professionals always take great care in your home, wearing booties to not track dirt and take all trash items with them. This is an excellent company started by J.D. Steward, an award winning contractor in our area for many years. Highly recommend this company!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

We moved in to a house that had a backed up main. My landlord is out of the country, but gave me Olson's number. They were incredibly responsive and were at my house within about 30 mins. A couple weeks later (today) we realized that we still had an issue. Called them after hours, they arrived within the hour again. Ron was amazing, fixed it quickly. He wasn't even mad about having to come out after hours, or what pain it was getting it fixed lol. Would recommend a million times over!!

Curtis did an awesome job fixing another plumbers cob job. He installed a new valve for my master bathroom that was leaking tremendously. I would recommend and use Team Plumbing’s service again!

Met the owner Joe and service tech Dana who worked diligently to resolve the airflow issue and discovered the wrong zone damper was installed. They are in the process of correcting that issue giving our home proper air flow. Very knowledgeable with resolving the issue. Would highly recommend!

These guys are not very honorable, billed us way more than expected. Replaced a part, we think, and they didn't tell us the cost up front before replacing it. I do not trust these guys, and will never call them out again. Be weary of these guys, especially concerned about them taking advantage of military and elderly.
