Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Scheduled an appointment to have two hose bibs looked at and likely replaced. They were extremely late and would only do one of them, even though the appointment was for both. But scheduled a follow on appointment for the second one. They then pulled a no show and no call for the second appointment. I had to use an other plumber for the second. The work quality once here was good, and they did explain thing. But did leave some trash up in the ceiling that I had to toss out. Add this to being late and then pulling a no show were the final straws. My time is important and I would at least expect a company to call me if they can’t show up.

We absolutely love Jeremy. He is a professional and great at his job. He is our go to plumber every time. He is very informative and affordable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We used Ed with Always Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our kitchen remodelers badly botched the under-sink plumbing to the point that Ed really had to work to correct what should have been a fairly easy repair. He did figure it out, and the leak has not returned. He also tidied up some other sloppy work under there for no extra charge. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. Our water heater was ancient and died. On a Saturday morning, we couldn’t find a single plumber open or who would do weekend work until we found Alphalete. Amazing service they came as soon as they could, we sent them pictures of the water heater and where it was they came out and it wouldn’t drain they lugged it out of the closet with out causing any damage or mess. The floor under it was horrible and needed replaced they showed us and advised we replace it but made it our call to do so. We did and rescheduled the install for the next day at no extra cost or convenience fee. They came out and got it in and set up and it’s beautiful!!! They advised us about the inspection we would need and that we needed more CO2 detectors. Scheduled the inspection in and out and bam life is back to normal and the water heater is a dream. They send a text before they arrive with a picture of your technician and all his info. They answer any questions you have, a stellar warranty and customer oriented service. I want everyone to use them!

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.
