Ignacio called me when he was on the way and was going to come back when we realized nobody was home but got a flat tire on route back to my house. And what I appreciated most, was that he called and told me he had gotten a flat tire and would have to come back the next day. Especially considering the three times before they had scheduled appointments with us and didn't show and didn't call. And I had to take off from work to meet these appointments that they didn't show up for so Ignacio really pulled them out of the dog house for me. When he came, he took the time to explain the heater filters to us and recommend what he felt would be best for us to use

Had to buy a new hot water heater and have it installed by Delta. Andrew Coleman was the installer. He was friendly and informative. He made a bad day much easier. He explained everything as he went alone. Cleaned the area he worked in. Thank you again Andrew for fast friendly service.

We needed our furnace and A/C serviced to close on our house and CMS responded to us quickly and got us on their schedule at a convenient time.Would definitely recommend.

We called on July 4, 2016 with a failing water heater. At the time, we were pleased with the service, but we have since learned the water heater was installed extremely poorly. The water heater was replaced, but was vented improperly. As a result, our carbon monoxide alarm was triggered this week and we found out we were in danger. We called Master Rooter about this issue and the customer service was very poor. They made fun of the water heater we had installed (that their technician picked out and purchased), and quoted us $3500 to repair the issue that they should have taken care of 3 years ago.

On hell of a place with plumbers that are capable of servicing you in a verity of different ways. Best place in town to get serviced.

I think 285$ was over priced! Only 20 minutes work to replace 2 gaskets! Trip cost 85$ repair 200$
