I called today to ask if they ran gas lines, and after having to explain what gas line I needed ran and pretty much how to do it, he proceeded to say, Yeah, we are going to pass on that one. Bye and then hung up.
Not a very polite way to run a business. Could have easily just stated that they dont run gas lines.

I had the best experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Colorado Springs!! I had a major plumbing issue at my house and everything was fixed in a professional and timely fashion. When I made my first call I was greeted by Kayla who was very nice and helpful! She sent Kyle to address the issue I was having. He spent a lot of time and effort trying to determine the problem. It turned out that I needed more work done to correct the issue. Kyle was very professional and genuinely cared about doing a good job. Today Doug and his crew came out to fix the problem. From the minute they arrived they were professional and very courteous! I could tell these young men cared about doing a good job. They explained everything they were doing and when they were finished everything was clean and put back together. I'm very thankful to all the people I came in contact with at Mr. Rooter! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you again!

Rourke was quick to get to our house and although they did not have the part, they were professional. They answered each question we had in a clear manner and assured us that they could provide a permanent solution.

Our hot water heater broke and Lee from Delta Mechanical was our installer. He did a fantastic job at removing our 20+ year old heater and replaced it with a brand new one. He made sure the new one was up-to-date and cleaned up the mess from the old one. We appreciate the fact that he was able to do this work the same day as we called in the order. Lee was personable and overall a great guy to have do this job. He has followed up with us to make sure that it is working properly and to schedule the inspection. We were very happy to have the new hot water heater and to have such a cool dude install it!

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Allied Plumbing is our go to team for any of our plumbing needs. They are accessible (you don't have to wait two or three weeks for an appointment), professional (they get to your place on time and equipped to do the job) and knowledgeable (experienced enough to trouble shoot issues that might otherwise need a much bigger job. They have come to replace a burst outdoor faucet day after Christmas, no complaints and at no extra charge, installed a new toilet professionally and I have them on my calendar for two more projects. Call 'em, they'd do the job for you and do it right!

I contacted Father Daughter for help with installing 3 toilets and checking a few drains that were slow and problematic. I was scheduled the following week and Chris showed up on time and ready to work! He was very professional and quickly assessed my installation and equipment. Within 90 minutes Chris was done installing the 3 toilets and they looked and worked perfectly.

Then Chris went to work on my drains. He kindly educated me on how to clean the p-trap on 2 sinks. He looked at my showers and recommended a product from the hardware store instead of charging me to try and snake it out since he said it would not work well. He then cleared out all trash and old toilets.

Really, the entire process was flawless. I'll call Father Daughter Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I had a water pipe rupture coming off the washing machine. They had an after hours appt available, and Brian texted me about 6 hrs before the appt time to see if I was available. He diagnosed the leak easily and quickly, and performed the repair for less than I expected. He was professional and friendly, I will certainly use this business again if needed.

It started off fine but they lost my confidence. I got multiple estimates for a plumbing issue. WireNut was not competitive at all. Paying $89 dollars for a dispatch fee for an estimate seems a bit excessive. Disappointed.I tried to communicate with the technician through phone calls the day of service and the explanation of what was needed was not at all clear.

These guys are the best!

Just call someone else. Bad people running bad business. Failed to complete the job and overcharged me multiple times. Tried to fix problem multiple times and was eventually neglected and told to stop calling. Has been a headache through and through. Go with Applewood!

Charlie came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and fixed a leak in our basement. He was super nice and did the job quickly.
