My ex-wife was told to use Herman's Plumbing for a major repair in the house she was buying (by the title company, who had gotten an estimate). They said they would be there at 8:30am. Since she works nights, she got up on very little sleep to meet the plumber. At 9am she called Herman's to ask where the guy was-- the lady on on the phone said he left the office at 8:30 to pick up some supplies and should be there shortly. Then at 9:35 -- more than a hour past the appt time-- they called back and said he was leaving the store with the supplies and would be there in ANOTHER half hour. So he would be showing up after 10:00am for an 8:30am appointment. We canceled the service and will look for a different plumber. Show up when you said you're going to show up. If he'd set the appointment for 10 to begin with, there would have been no problem.

This was the second time I used them and it was changing a hardwired defunct garbage disposal. The wiring needed to be changed and a regular wall socket placed. It was done quickly and the socket was labeled in the circuit breaker. It was done before I expected. I am very pleased with the service from the staff and technicians!!!

5-STAR customer service still exists!!! That is exactly the service I received from Andrew Coleman and Chris Bentley from Delta Mechanical Colorado Springs through Home Depot. Even though , Mr. Rooter said not to have Home Depot do the installation, on the advice of my daughter, I checked out reviews and beyond happy I did. This duo has wonderful reviews.I asked for them when I called to have an estimate for a water heater with installation. Not only did I get a better water heater, twice the warranty and a lower cost than the competition, everything was done right. They explain everything to you and are lots of fun to talk to. They also offer 10% price guarantee up to one year after the installation. It passed inspection. They went above and beyond to ensure I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend them . Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Rob and Shaun great guys and very professional service. They came out and when we had no water on a snowy day, they still made it their priority to come out and take care of us. Professional install and repair and friendly Veteran service provided. Definitely recommend as they care about customers and their service that they provide.

I contacted Father Daughter for help with installing 3 toilets and checking a few drains that were slow and problematic. I was scheduled the following week and Chris showed up on time and ready to work! He was very professional and quickly assessed my installation and equipment. Within 90 minutes Chris was done installing the 3 toilets and they looked and worked perfectly.

Then Chris went to work on my drains. He kindly educated me on how to clean the p-trap on 2 sinks. He looked at my showers and recommended a product from the hardware store instead of charging me to try and snake it out since he said it would not work well. He then cleared out all trash and old toilets.

Really, the entire process was flawless. I'll call Father Daughter Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

In November 2016 our water heater went out. We did not know a plumber and did not know who to call. We selected Bullseye completely at random. The end results justified our choice. Bullseye Plumbing was awesome. The Plumber assigned to replace our water heater was a great guy named Joey M. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Bullseye and Joey M. were on it almost immediately. Their attention to detail, scheduling, timeliness and efficiency were top notch. We could not have asked for better. If this experience with Bullseye Plumbing and Heating is an indication of their typical day to day operations then we will most certainly call them for any future plumbing or heating needs. I was an Army aviation senior sergeant and Army aviation mechanic for over 20 years so I am very well qualified to write this review. Thank you Bullseye and Joey M.

NO PROFESSIONALISM AND LAZY!!! The property I live on uses this poor excuse for a company and I couldn't be more blown away at their inability to do their job. They shut off the water WITHOUT NOTICE yesterday at noon to fix a plumbing issue, could NOT fix it, and actually went home for the night without any solution or notification. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE LEFT OVERNIGHT WITH NO WATER!!! And then they didn't even return until 10am the next day! I am a Service Technician and know that they had the choice to stay and do their job, but instead chose to go home leaving all of the tenants to fend for themselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
