Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else out of his hands came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didn't show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didn't have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didn't have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!

Nathan and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable in installing our new boiler. The office personal (Tania and Rebecca) were always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. Tania even delivered a late-arriving part to the installers so that the installation could be completed in one day. Thanks to everyone at Oak View Mechanical.

Very professional and expert at the job. Friendly and explained the work required in easy to understand terms. Explained options and prices and left it up to me to choose without any pressure. Fast and efficient in all areas. Clean up was excellent. Recommendations to keep sewer lines clean and maintained were reasonable and doable for a home owner. Don't call anyone else!!! I had a leak that another plumbing company kept guessing at. This other company come out 2 times only to tell us to re-caulk around our bathtub fixtures which we had done. We thought the problem was fixed but come last week it wasn't. Instead of messing around with the same company, I called Mr. Rooter. I should have called them in the first place. Garrick was friendly and professional. I especially appreciate his effort to save the tile he had to cut into to get to the leak. Because of his careful work I don't have to replace the tile. He cleaned up after himself and left my bathroom just as clean as when he went in,if not cleaner. I can confidently say that after 2mths the leak is now finally fixed. Lesson learned. I will always call Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for such excellent service.

WARNING, I had Rooter Town come to my home to clean a clogged line, the initial rep said he was unable to really get the roots out well and told me I needed it to be shot with camera. They charged another $275 to look at in and then told me I needed an entire new line to the tune of $12,000. Something was off. I called for a second opinion and another company was able to easily clean the line for $175. Rooter Town committs FRAUD. Be very weary of any recommendation they'd offer and I would never recommend them for any reason.
