Affordable plumbing addressed these problems with delays and logistical problems along the way. Eddie O. the projects manager quickly assessed each problem. Eddie offered me a hard water system which will help with hard water problems. The plumbers were courteous and professional. Randy the excavation manager kept me updated on delays and coordinating permits with the Colorado Springs Utility, El paso county regional department, and Security water and Sanitation.All of this can be mind boggling, but Affordable got repairs done and projects certified and inspected. The ladies in their office kept site managers informed to what I as a customer was concerned about. So, my only comment is Affordable does care about their work and be patient and communicate. Times are tough for everyone, understanding is a must, but a home is only as good as the plumbers- these professionals came through for me.

The Best Plumbing Company in So. Colo. Tom G. is a mature, well mannered professional who gave our household a thorough estimate of the work needing to be done. He answered questions and addressed our concerns and even explained in detail what needed to be updated besides quoting a fair price. From day one of this two day job, he showed up on time and greeted us with great customer service skills. Our entire plumbing needed a complete replacement. He communicated well and kept us in the loop of every aspect of the job including those hidden problems. It was a chore and a half, but Tom stepped up and completed the task on time and worked hard to get it back to working order. He even gave good reputable references to put me in touch with venders outside his skill set. If you want it done right the first time call and ask for Tom. The man has skills!

I called these guys to help get rid of a mainline clog that had my toilets backing up into my tubs. They came all the way down to Cripple Creek within 24 hours, and despite complications from some improper piping, Eduardo had it clear and working again within an hour of arriving. All in all, I'd say they absolutely crushed it in terms of helping me out both in terms of speed and affordability. Top shelf service!
