Outstanding service by tech; however, the charge to REPAIR an outdoor faucet was outrageous. Started with a $85 TRIP FEE (so quite an incentive to do the job since who knows if all plumbers are also PRICE GOUGING). Then you find out there is a $200/hr minimum charge (the tech was effucient and installed the repair kit in about 30 minutes). The repair kit for an outdoor faucet was quoted at $50.EXPERT SERVICE BUT I WILL REMEMBER THIS AND NEVER USE AFFORDABLE PLUMBING, HEAT AND ELECTRICAL AGAIN.

Lucas performed a multitude of plumbing services and the quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. Unfortunately, We have had the need for plumbing A LOT, since we bought our home. We have always relied on B&L for our repairs. Every single plumber that they have sent has been extremely knowledgeable, efficient, well mannered, clean, and given exceptional service. Another plus, they always give a fair price. They let you know what options, if any, and what the most cost effective repair would be without cutting corners to save. They have never tried to upsale or push unnecessary repairs. Actually, they have cautioned me away from unneeded purchases and repair. The last time, I had them check out one of our toilets. Another repair man had told me it needed replaced. When B&L looked at it, he made simple adjustments and the toilet is 100% working now. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I have used Mr. Rooter multiple times over the years with great service. On Feb. 17, 2022, Mr. Rooter repaired a leak in my family room ceiling. 14 days later I had water coming through my ceiling at the same location of the previous repair and Mr. Rooter jumped on it right way sending a technician that evening (after hours) to fix a leak that had appeared from a different pipe in the same area, all at no cost to me. Garrick was extremely professional, as was the original technician Mike. The second repair was completed quickly and with minimal impact to the ceiling. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter's plumbing services. They are professional and responsive.

Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. Came last minute for an emergency when all the other 24hr plumbing businesses were giving me the run aaround.Great quality work for a great price. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Daniel was awesome. He did a thorough electric check prior to garage outlet installation. In addition he gave us 3 detailed estimates for future projects. I highly reccomend Daniel for future work. Polite and very knowledgeable young man. Will definitely use WireNut and Daniel again. In addition, I am quite picky.

We had an emergency late at night,around 730, and they were able to get someone out by 9 and had everything cleared up by 10. He was extremely professional and respected out space!
