Mark was able to help us out on a late night emergency drain back up at a rental property I own. Tenants were freaking out, I called 4 other plumbers with 24 hour service who said they couldn't make it out. Mark got out there and got the job done fast and professionally. Highly recommend.

Today a gentleman name Q did my maintenance. I have to say, he has probably been my favorite one in the two years of service I've used one source. Polite, manners, explained things, my sog loved him so that's always a good thing. I just really enjoyed the experience with him. Ty Q!

Carmine and Tristen just left my house and they were professional, concise and very quick to help unclog a drain. They are extremely focused on customer service and their fee was very fair. ZERO Stars if possible. Just got off the phone with Olson. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service! After calling 2 weeks ago and sending a request for information I got snubbed and hung up on. Christina in service is by far the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. After a couple of sighs of annoyance when I asked for information on opening a new commercial account, she grudgingly told me she didn't care about anything I had asked about and refused to give me information. We have 5 commercial building at 15K Square feet plus in each and aren't pesant nobodies. After she hung up she had the nerve to call my number back and hang up again as to see if i was an actual customer or not. If this is who represents Olson heating and plumbin, then STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Seriously I feel very insulted and would NEVER recommend then to anyone let alone do business with them.

Called these guys about some clogged drainage pipes. They came out in a very timely manner, and diagnosed the problem right away. After showing me the rotted 60 year old steel pipes, they replaced them without batting an eye. Knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job promptly. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Advantage!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.
