On Oct. 17th we had a sewer back up in our utillity room. It was a Saturday but they came out after 10 PM. Mikal and Pete were efficient and quickly solved the problem. As seniors, we really appreciated their kindness and willingness to come and help at such a late hour on a weekend. We will definitely use Leo's again!!!

I had an appointment window from 11 am – 2 pm for a free quote to replace my toilet. However, the technician did call to say he was running late; therefore, I called their office and canceled the appointment. Although the person I spoke with was very apologetic. But, If you are remorseful and concern about a potential customer, at least you could do is take responsibility. As the “Old saying goes, actions speak louder than words.” Instead of apologizing, you could have said we usually charge x amount dollars for the install, but we are going to give you a discount and schedule another appointment at your convenience for being late and not calling. Sometimes I think some businesses forget how they started when providing customer service was very important to them now, it’s the profit margin and the high paying projects. Where replacing a toilet does mean that much to the business but a lot to the customer.

Service was great, Patrick is extremely nice, patient and respectful. He handled our needs very well and I will Definitely be referring him to my neighbors

Had a mystery leak in the wall, Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose where exactly the leak wall. It was as if he had X-ray vision to find it, very minimal drywall removal and was able to seal the leak in under an hour. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and work.
