Our main line backed up at 9:30pm on a Monday night. I called 4 plumbers and Mark, with Pro Power Rooter, was the only one who responded and came out within the hour. He wasn't pushy or try to oversell anything, he gave is options and recommendations. At the end, we ended up going with the camera scope to ensure the line was clean, what we saw were two huge root clogs that had to be broken up and pushed out of the way. With four people in the house, two that are children, I was so grateful for the quick response and help he provided.

Flow Right did a great job. Brendan had excellent customer service and good communication. They scoped and repaired a sewer pipe running from my house to the street. It was affordable, it was done quickly, and without issue. I highly recommend them.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked continuously to finish the project. The only negative is that the new equipment does not seem to flow as much water volume as the old.I am not saying the techs are responsible for that.

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.
