When Andreas the technician arrived, he proceeded to the wrong heating furnance. Before looking at the unit stated that the system was too old to even look at. Just replace the furnance.Couldn't tell the difference from a pressure regulator and a gas meter. He neglected to do any type of service, we could smell a gas leak and had to ask him to get his leak detector out to find the gas leak, that ended up being in a coupler. Then while on the roof, proceeded to ask for the payment, didn't want to go into the office, very unprofessional. I still haven't received the invoice. I would not recommend Andreas the technician. This service was over his head, he didn't understand this system, of which is why is stated to replace it. He was the wrong man for this job.

Same day response, very friendy, professional and respectful of wearing a mask. Taught us a lot about the plumbing and dealing with clogs, answered all of my questions. Kept things clean even when working in tight space. Cost was very reasonable! Will recommend.

Ed, Ann, and Always Plumbing are my go to for any water related issues that I might have. The first time I worked with Ed, he installed a new water line and outdoor spigot. Ed worked with me to determine the most efficient and cost effective approach to get the job done right. I recently called Always Plumbing concerning an issue I was having after installing replacement parts in my shower system. Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

The bottom line is that Always Plumbing genuinely loves helping people. The work will be done, done right, and at a price that will not break the bank. They are my plumbing recommendation when anybody asks if I know a guy.

Springs Rooter is GREAT!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I had called them to setup an appointment for air duct cleaning and ended up with an entire new system! Quinton and Joe came out first and informed me of the problems with my system so I decided to get everything replaced. Tyler and Kyle came out to install the new equipment but had a little trouble with the AC blowing cold air. So the next morning Mikel came out and got it working again. That same day, Quinton and Joe were back to install the filtration system, clean the air ducts and seal them. By the time everything was done and the system was up and running my house finally felt amazing!! The team at One Source has been awesome to work with and very helpful with everything. I highly recommend them if you are in need of service or a whole new system. And if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet Quinton and his amazing personality and smile!

Our house got hit by lightning and our AC stopped working. We called Olsen as they were the ones who instilled/permitted the unit when we bought the house. The technician was a cool guy, but he charged us for 6.5 hours of labor when he was at the house a total of MAYBE 4 hours. Olsen charges from the time of dispatch, so it includes drive time. Additionally, when we went to turn the unit on (3 days later) it kicked on for about 10 seconds then lost power completely. We called the after hours number to ask if someone would come out as it was working. We were told that even though we just spent a lot of money to get our ac working, they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a charge as, it may not be related to what was fixed. Once my AC is working again, I will NEVER be using Olsen again.

They came out to install a gas range that I had purchased and were extremely helpful! They followed all safety measures, checked for leaks, and made sure the range was working before they left. Highly recommend!

Regretfully, I didn't catch the name of the rude plumber that came out to my apartment. The work is still unfinished. They just didn't seem to want to work. He made multiple excuses...said people were sick. Hey, then maybe don't enter a person's home so you can make excuses?

Update: Avoid this company.

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CLOWNS..THIS IS B.S. PLUMBING AT BEST!
