Best Pump Replacement in Colorado Springs CO

Where to start? The first guy charged $200+ for a $15 part and it fixed my furnace for about a day. I called back as the service was under warranty. When I called, I sat on hold for about an hour. I had to send them a message on facebook for them to know someone was calling them. They said they would call first thing next morning. Well I had to call them as nobody had called me by 10 AM. They couldn't do next day service and wanted me to pay for after hours service. After describing my situation, they magically agreed to send someone out to fix it immediately. The service that was supposedly guaranteed was not. They charged an additional $300 to fix the first $600 service visit that did nothing. Needless to say, I will never use them again, as from my experience, there are more skilled, customer focused heating repair specialists in town.

New build. During construction, lots of debris got into the ducts. We requested before/after photos to get a sense of how good this went. Marcus and Cesar's thorough approach showed through in evidence. From dust, nails, drywall, and other debris (before) we now have clean ducts (after).

The men that showed at my house were very friendly and didn't waste any time to fix my shower. After they fixed it they helped adjusting the temp to every shower in my house and gave me some advice on how my water heater works. I will definitely be using this company again.

I could use numerous adjectives in describing B & L and they would all be on the totally positive side. Great, terrific, outstanding, super duper, awesome. Reesa was in constant communication which kept me in the loop at all times. She is obviously a dedicated and accountable employee . Nick, the actual plumber, was also dedicated and personable and went above and beyond his duties in deducing the problem and effecting fantastic repairs in an efficient and timely manner. Nothing but high kudos for the entire operation from beginning to end. Use this business!

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Several services going into Woodland Park were no longer available, so I did some research and called Advantage Sewer and Drain for a quote. The process was done professionally and quickly. (Even after some follow up questions.) So we scheduled a mainline clearance.
Eduardo went out to the house and spent a good amount of time ensuring our lines were cleared out to the main service connection. He was communicative, professional and informative. Eduardo also ensured he left the site clean and back to normal. He's a pro!
After the invoice came out, I had further clarification needs and they were met. Payment of the invoice went well. I would recommend Eduardo and Advantage to my family, friends and neighbors. Great job guys!
