Jorge was courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our leaking anti-siphon valve and two hose bibs.

Was supposed to come out to do an AC/Furnace tune up, but instead tried telling me my furnace was so old and was leaking CO2 (only 8 years old). Tried to get me to replace my AC and furnace but something didn't feel right between the what felt like scripted talk with his supervisor on the phone and the pushiness. Also finally found them on BBB and saw all the complaints about their business there. Had the city of COS come out and they stated there was absolutely no CO2 leak. They didn't actually do any work or tune up so I am having someone else come out and do it.

My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

We have a middle-aged AC unit and we had Smith Plumbing and Heating come out to do an inspection and cleaning. They did a thorough and professional job and we were pleased with the service. Being an older AC unit, the next day a new problem surfaced which hadn't presented itself the day before. Smith came out the same day, identified and the problem. While the technician was working on the unit his supervisor brought out the new part to the house and stayed to make sure everything was correct and functional. All this was happening late in the 90 degree afternoon on a Friday when the rest of the city was starting their weekend. The guys from Smith went the extra mile to make sure our unit was repaired and properly functioning.The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. Our AC is running great. We are very pleased with the results and will certainly use Smith Plumbing and Heating for our service needs. I am happy to recommend them to you.

Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.
