Bruce did a great job of diagnosing and installing good quality hot water heater. Coincidentally at the same time they lift station pump was not working and he successfully diagnosed and fixed the clog. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The dispatcher answered a number of calls after hours and quickly set up the necessary repair visits. I would use affordable Plumbing again based on this experience.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Mark and Justin were fantastic! Although I found out I need a new furnace, they did give me the option of repairing it and gave me the two prices. Being that it's 26 years old it's actually time to just go ahead and repair it. They took the time to ask me if I was going to stay in the home for an extended period of time or selling soon, as that would determine whether we should repair versus replace, and were so patient with me with getting the financing in place for the new furnace that will be installed , etc. I am also very happy with the timeliness of their manager getting this furnace installed because they were going to be very booked out but they made some changes to their schedule, where I can get the furnace in tomorrow. They were so nice to my dog and even met my horses! These 2 are a definite asset and I highly recommend the company and these two in particular!

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.
