Best Plumbing Replacement in Colorado Springs CO

I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time. I have lived all over the country (26 year Air Force veteran) and Jeff is the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used.

I needed service and they were able to schedule quickly. They were timely and efficient and gave me all the details necessary to approve the job. And most of all their services were “affordable”, quality work at a good price. And both technicians were clearly knowledgeable and experienced as they have been in this trade for a long time.

Chad with Leos is terrific. We are a large community,and call Leos several times a month. The Office folks are professional and friendly. They are great at triaging emergency calls.Chad comes to jet our sewers and does so quickly and professionally. He always comes into our office to report back,which appreciate so much. He has a great attitude,even when it's freezing outside. Could not do without him

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Installed new faucet for my bathroom remodeling. Excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. Best I seen in Colorado Springs!

We called to have our furnace serviced and immediately the wonderful technician let us know he smelled gas and that our motor was leaking. He called a specialist..dustin..and we were notified that our furnace was 51 years old!!! They were very honest about the condition of the furnace and where we might be sitting If we didn't get it replaced. We were given all the options and I never felt pressured in any way to get something I wouldn't be happy with. These guys are great and I appreciate working with an honest company. I would reccomend this company to anyone who even just needs a furnace check. Thank you guys for all your help.
