So, we had what we thought was a clogged pipe on a Saturday. I thought I would be able to unclog it with a snake from HD. Unfortunately, after a few tries and a lot of frustration I called Smith Plumbing. They were able to get a plumber out within a few hours. Arsenio came out on a Saturday evening and diagnosed the problem. It was a lot more than a clogged pipe. We had a broken cast iron sewage pipe leading to the septic tank which was located under the concrete foundation. Arsenio proceeded to explain everything to us and get to work. He brought a team of people everyday until they were able to get all the concrete up and replace the pipe. Since our house was being tore up, we figured we would run a gas line and have some electrical work done as well. Arsenio did a great job getting all the work completed to include permits all the way to drywall repair. Arsenio also communicated with us every step of the way, which is not always the case when getting your house repaired. Arsenio was professional, courteous, knowledgable and a hard worker. Smith Plumbing and Arsenio bailed us out of a jam and didn't gouge us on the price even though they knew we were dead in the water. I would recommend them for anyone who needs plumbing, gas line or electrical work. Great company to work with!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

One Source technician, Josh Cain, came to my home at my request, to look at my A/C system and give me a quote to replace the compressor unit, which I felt like needed to be replaced because it was pretty noisy every time it turned on. He provided me with a quote to do the work, but also provided me information regarding my 20-year old A/C system. He indicated he could replace just the compressor , if that is all that I wanted done, but would not be able to guarantee it would work to its full proficiency and efficiency due to the age of the rest of my A/C equipment (which included the condenser unit, the inside evaporator coil in the basement, and the air handler (furnace)). He did indicate that since my furnace was new (installed last year), it would work perfectly well if I decided to replace the condenser (which contains a new compressor) and evaporator coil. He contacted his home office to get me a verbal estimate for that level of new equipment (new compressor, new condenser, and new evaporator coil, but not replacing the furnace). Replacing just the compressor would cost me about 45% of what it would cost to replace the compressor, condenser unit, and evaporator coil. Additionally, if I just replaced the compressor, it indeed would be less noisy than the old compressor, but it would not be as efficient and proficient in its operation if it was running in conjunction with a new compressor and new evaporator coil as well. Josh took off the metal sheathing which housed the evaporator coil in the basement, and took pictures of the dirt, dust, grundge, and rust that had collected on the coils over the last 20 years. It was easy for me to see why the coils were not doing a good job in the heat/cool exchange of my A/C system. So, by paying just a little more than double the cost of a compressor, I not only would get a new compressor, but also get a new condenser and a new evaporator coil. Those three new pieces of equipment, in conjunction with my new furnace, would increase the effectiveness of my A/C system. And as I see it, it may even save me some money in the long run because I would have a more proficient system. So, with the information that was provided to me, I asked One Source to put together a formal written quote that would include replacing the compressor, condenser and evaporator coil, all in one project, and to get that information back to me. I submitted that request yesterday and am awaiting the formal quote.

I would give them no stars if it would let me. My water heater was well above the normal priced expectations. They put it in and it didn't work at first they came out and fixed it but several days later. It failed the inspection for the vent they called me and said they would come fix it amd the inspection would expire soon. They said I might as well let them fix it since I already paid for it. I paid them $3,045, for the water heater and installation. They set up to come out on a Saturday called me that morning and said they were coming but would need an additional $660 on top of what I already paid them. I told them I didn't have the money and was told it would cost me anything. They said they would call their supervisor and call me back, but would probably still be coming out. So I waited around all day. I called three times to see if they were coming they never called me back. I called the other day and they keep hanging up on me. My inspection will expire soon. I even tried emailing them no response what so ever. I am unsure what to do about the inspection. Well they finally came back out and fixed it. It should be passing inspection now. I will change my review now to a three because Jordan and Adam did a great job making sure everything was fixed and home depot even covered the cost of fixing it. So happy that I contracted them through the home depot.

I made a claim through my home warranty for issues with my garbage disposal. They said to expect a call from Team Plumbing. I was very impressed with Team Plumbing's quick response. Within 5 minutes of making the claim, Chris from Team Plumbing called me and said he could be at my house within 45 minutes. He showed up within his stated time frame and was very polite, professional, and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me tips on how to use it to keep it working properly. (For others that may not know, garbage disposals have a reset button.) I highly recommend Chris from Team Plumbing for your garbage disposal needs.

These guys are ones to call when you’re looking for experienced and reasonably priced work- they just finished a residential home plumbing repair for me without any problem- after another company had given it several tries. Next time I’m calling Herman’s first.
