I placed a work order through my home warranty company and it was placed through this company. I was notified of my appointment time promptly (which was for the next day!) Chris showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed that my problem was electrical and instead of just leaving after completing his work, he sat on the phone for me to set up an appointment with an electrician for me! I believe he said he was working multiple positions at the company as well (including some form of management), so I'm sure his time is very important, but he made sure I was taken care of before leaving!

Took care of issue promptly and professionally

We called Rooter Town in desperate need to problem-solve a drain issue in our crawlspace of our new home. Since our home is new to us, we are still learning how everything works. Rooter Town sent a technician the very next day to solve our problem. Preston arrived and was very friendly and professional. He listened to my terrible explanation of what was happening and very expertly solved the problem. Rooter Town had a special going on for drain cleaning so it was very reasonably priced. I appreciate the timeliness, professionalism, and friendliness of Rooter Town. I highly recommend Rooter Town, especially for ASAP service!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
