They offered by FAR the lowest pricing and did a fantastic job. Richard was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The issue was resolved quickly and in time for visiting family. My house was for sale, and another plumber looked at the sewer line and recommended a full replacement. I was shocked to hear this news, since I owned the property for more than ten years and did not have a problem. Affordable Rooter was extremely helpful. They came out to the house and cleaned the line, after which they did a video scope. They did not recommend a replacement, and I learned that suggesting replacement without cleaning a line first is actually a way that other companies can get customers to spend money unnecessarily. I am so grateful I called them! Thank you so much for your honest services!

HCD was sent by my home warranty company. They fully evaluated the pipe of concern and then gave me some advice on things I could do myself to improve the function of my sink. Basically, they fixed my problem and made my life a bit easier on the way out.

I was expecting torn out walls and a mess. James showed up did his investigation and explained it was a simple common break in a 90°, and he could get to it from the basement. No torn out walls No mess. Water pressure valve was also broken he replaced it like a champ.

The lady on the phone customer who answered had and attitude and when I decide to call another time she said please don't. Very sad to hear that that is the way this company answers phone calls.

Several poor experiences to share. First of all, the man who scheduled my appointment on the phone told me someone would come “shortly after 8am,” so I only took half a day off of work. The technician didn’t end up coming until 1:15pm.. which obviously ruined the second half of my work day. Secondly, he came and quoted our project at $1,400 ($275 per hour). Adding the faucets (which are 2-3 pieces and come with instructions when you buy them) would cost $375. In order to complete the project, the technician would need to cut a 4x4 foot hole in the ceiling of our garage (adding to the repair costs down the road). Just for comparison, I called a second company to get a second opinion. They quoted me $300 for EVERYTHING and he doesn’t need to cut any big holes in our house. The fact that there is a $1,100 difference absolutely blows my mind. If you’re looking to get scammed and waste a day use RotoRooter.

Nathan did a fantastic job fixing all my plumbing issues. He replaced the main gate valve for incoming water on my town home, the leaking outgoing gate valve going out onto my patio spigot connection, and replaced a home installation connection I had done myself that was in danger of failing with a professional solution that I can be certain will not leak - all of this in one trip!
Nathan brought everything needed to do the work for each job with him. He made sure to take not make any messes or be in my way with his equipment while I worked from home.
