Our furnace was running for a while and not heating up. We called and James Jackson came out. He diagnosed the problem, found more problems, documenting them with pictures along the way. We sat and talked options. What may be best and what may be most affordable are not often the same and with the age and conditions of items around this house we figured it best to make an investment. He explained all the options available helped us decide on the right fit and got financing done on the spot. He was able to keep us with heat and the new systems should be installed in a few days! Love the great service and the pink trucks!

Technician Ridge did an outstanding job trouble shooting my Furnace. He found out that my heat exchanger had a crack in it. Which could of been a very dangerous carbon monoxide leak. His professionalism and technical skills are above what I’ve come to expect with other heating and air repair services around, just trying to make a buck off of you. He was super friendly and caring. Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.
