I am so impressed with Affordable Plumbing. Found a leak in the laundry room this morning at 9:00. Called another local company and they told me I would have to pay after hour fees because they couldn't get a technician out before 4:30. By the Grace of God, I called Affordable and they were going to be able to send out a technician out between 3-5. Yay! I was pleasantly surprised when they called at 12:30 and said they could get someone out to my house between 1-3 because they were ahead of schedule! Enter Billy. Billy was simply a Godsend. I am so appreciative for his professionalism, his vast knowledge and his kind heart. He came in and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The repair was done with great precision and attention to detail. He was simply AMAZING! While I am not hoping to have to call a plumber anytime soon, if and when I do, I will definitely be calling Affordable plumbing and requesting Billy. So grateful for this great experience today! We received service from Tony who was very customer friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He was very conscientious about our house and how he left it after his work. He took the time to look at another issue we had that was not part of the job. Also, Mr. Rooter made him available on the day of our call which was extremely important to us, especially considering all other plumbers we called weren't available for 3-4 days. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again in the future if we need a plumber.

Our main line backed up at 9:30pm on a Monday night. I called 4 plumbers and Mark, with Pro Power Rooter, was the only one who responded and came out within the hour. He wasn't pushy or try to oversell anything, he gave is options and recommendations. At the end, we ended up going with the camera scope to ensure the line was clean, what we saw were two huge root clogs that had to be broken up and pushed out of the way. With four people in the house, two that are children, I was so grateful for the quick response and help he provided.

If I could give less that one star I would. Said they would be out next day. No show and never even returned phone call. Also said working on cast iron would be difficult. Really???

Dan and his crew repaired my water service line, and I was very happy with their service. They got it done in a hurry, and I was satisfied with the price paid.

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!
