When I decided to try Smith's USA program, it was a good move. They have replaced a defective electrical panel, a defective sewer system, unplugged drains, installed faucet and toilet, cleaned our HVAC ducts, did preventive service on the HVAC system and more. With the USA program, I have saved on trip fees and emergency charges. All their employees have been courteous, professional, and respectful of the cleanliness of our home. They will take the time to explain what they're doing and answer your questions. All things considered, I think they give a good value for the money, and I intend to keep using their services.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. My technician, Clint G., kept me well informed along the way and took the time to clearly explain my situation. They took most of the pain out of a complex issue.
