I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

They couldn't get to the main due to a bend in the line, so we thought they were going to have to cut a clean-out in the crawl space. They were so amenable and ready to fit this unexpected big job in their schedule. They gave us a terrific deal on their time and service. Everything worked out beautifully! They were prompt, professional, friendly and their prices couldn't be beat! My husband and realtor will hire them from here on out!

Tim Parkey talked through all of my options, with no pressure, and we agreed upon a solution. The next day, Kade showed up, right on time, and completed the install of my new furnace.
