Had this company repair a leaking upstairs shower drain (was leaking in to my kitchen ceiling). They got someone out to estimate the work in a timely fashion, and scheduled work quickly. On the day of, Mike and Robbie communicated their arrival time to me (they were running a few minutes late), and when they got here, they were polite and professional. They identified/verified the issue, decided on a course of action, and knocked it out quickly. They left minimal mess, and were out the door faster than I expected. Would absolutely recommend this company!

Jeremy is my go to gas line install guy. I install landscaping and he installs all my gas lines needed for any customer. I have heard several times that him and the crew were amazing. I will continue using them on all jobs. Even if we have to wait a bit. Great service and prices.

Ed installed a 20 ft gas line for a range. His work was very neat and professionally done. First time using and I was impressed and pleased with his service. I will continue to use him from here on.

So, Olson Plumbing and Heating left me no choice but to give them five stars. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9. They showed up at 8:20. They said it would take 6-8 hours. They were done in 3 1/2 hours. The installers were so incredibly nice and professional. They were totally transparent and explained everything they were doing. It was just a very pleasant experience and I got a great price as well. I even told them before they left that I will probably need a new furnace in the next 2 years. Guess who I'm calling? That's right, Olson Plumbing and Heating.

Did great job. Expedient. Friendly. Gave price for new Hot Water Heater and installation and that was what the bill was- not a penny more; included tax, permit and inspection. And he installed a good heater- not a cheap low end heater. Call him, not Home Depot!

Had one of the Frazier valley guys come out and clean an tune my water heater very quick,easy,an affordable would definitely recommend.

I called, made an appointment. The day came, the appointment time came and went. They didn't show, they didn't call. I called another company.

We had Chris and Aaron come today to fix a leak for us and they were outstanding! Completely professional and friendly! Chris also has installed a garbage disposal for us a few months ago and he was amazing on that visit as well! Thank you so much!

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Updated 6/11/19After posting my prior review I was contacted by RJ a service manager with Mr Rooter. RJ was professional and wanted to know what exactly happened as my post wasn't super detailed. I discussed the issues I experienced and what was causing my dissatisfaction with RJ. Based on what was discussed he took responsibility and said that the actions taken by the technician did not reflect what Mr Rooters expectations are for that situation. He offered to pay the expense for the additional plumber I had to pay to do the work. He also wanted my permission for him and another supervisor to come and scope the line to figure out what wrnt wrong. I gave hime permission to do so.Today I received a call from RJ and he had inspected the line and indicated everything looked good (as a result of a prior inspection the line needed to be repaired and new clean outs were installed) and that the new clean out looked good. He said that based on his inspection and discussion with the technician it was clear they didn't do the work I paid them and that Mr Rooter would be reimbursing me 100%. I thanked him for his honesty and for taking responsibility for the service failure. I appreciate that he didn't try and blame someone else or try and make an excuse.As a result of Mr Rooter working to address my issues and resolve them in a timely manner I have changed my review to 3 stars. I left the original post to preserve the integrity of the review. I may raise my review to 4 stars depending on how the reimbursement process goes.The last thing I will say is take my experience as a learning opportunity. I was probably a little to trusting and had I required the technician to show me the issue he was claiming I may have been able to avoid the situation all together.Original Review 6/5Been a customer for years and was very very unsatisfied with my last experience.They basically lied about work they said needed to be done. Didn't actually do any of the work I paid them for. Had to spend another $300 on top of ththe $600 I paid them.I would give them a 0 stars out of 5 if I could.I am considering legal action at this point as I believe there was a service failure/breach of contract.

Excellent service! Called in with an A/C issue and was thinking that I was going to have to replace. Scott came out and took a look at the system and determined it was a simple fix. Thank you for you honesty. We will refer them to our friends.

Jason returned my call within 30 min. He gave the price up front. He was able to get to our house within a few hours and helped fix a toilet that was giving me problems. He showed me everything he was doing and answered all my questions. After he double checks the other two toilets that I had replaced and adjusted the valves at no extra cost. He found out we just moved from Texas so he told me how to winterize the pipes to avoid any damage. I will call this company again if I need anything.

Severe weather caused frozen pipe to crack. First plumber I called post-poned 3 times so called Flow Right. Wish I would have called them first! Jennifer was extremely helpful getting me an appointment asap and went above and beyond to do so. Then, Brandon showed up on time, was very courteous and followed Covid guidelines. My repair required 2 different part runs ( the first noticable crack then a hidden one). Brandon kept me informed every step of the way, including cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on how to avoid issue in the future. Definitely will use Flow Right again!

David came out, on a call, during the Holidays to help me during an emergency at my residence. He spent time helping me when many would have simply walked away. I can’t recommend him enough and will be sure to use him again in the future.
