I was calling around getting quotes, and ended up calling Leo’s 3 - 4 times to compare. Even called once while a competitor was here.
On the phone, Joey and Jesse were very thorough and confident about the service they offer, and they answered all my questions. Although Joey was audibly irritated.
Upon arrival, Mikal and Dustin inspected my issues and told me I don’t need the “clean-out” at this time. Something the competition (R.R.) was going to do right then and there, whether I needed or not, and charge me $564. This price was with free scoping and $75 discount.
Another local plumber (O) was going to charge $106 just for showing up.
Mikal very nicely tried to fix my toilet running issue. Actually made it worse. I called back to see if I could ask him a question, and this time a gritty sounding woman named Janice answered and said “No”. He of course is out in the field. I asked if she could get a message to him, and she made up a bunch of excuses.

Nate and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and why it was important. Olson was contracted to install a new Air Conditioning unit. I started the process on June 8th but the A/C wasn't functional until August 25. I've had numerous visits I can count on both hands how many visits to correct all the installation problems. The new a/c unit wasn't secured to the foundation more importantly the condenser outside was frosted with a snow ball indicating all that cold air was trapped outside in 80 plus degrees . Not to mention the technicians soiled the carpet with their work boots as they were in and out of the home. On the very last visit they didn't even bother to notify that the work was completed and were leaving and left my home unsecured with an unlocked door. They say never say never but for the amount of money Olson was compensated in the future Id exhaust any other HVAC competitor before using Olson but with the warranty they are necessary and likely would be put to good use given so many issues with the installation not to mention summer is practically over so money was spent with no use for the unit as we move into fall and winter. Whats unfortunate on several visits they were training and I can imagine as a new hire its not a good feeling learning the improper way of installation and then coming back out to correct that installation job. All around just a very poor experience I wouldn't wish on anyone especially in a heat wave.

Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. I was happy with the price, Brandon and of course calling on Team Plumbing fot getting the job done right the first time. Maxium stars without question.

Josh came and fixed my kitchen sink within four hours of my call! And I live in Woodland Park. He was very professional, informative, and kind. The price seemed very reasonable, especially since he had to drive here from Colorado Springs. Thank you, Josh!

Dathan is an excellent tech and very knowledgeable. I got a small hair shaver remover stuck in my toilet. Dathan removed toilet and flushed the shaver out. So happy I don't have to use downstairs toilet anymore. I will use them again in the near future.

Our drains started to clog with wastewater backing up into our tub late on a Saturday evening. It was next to impossible to get anybody else out, but Mark was able to come by same day. He was responsive, courteous and thorough, sticking around until 2am to make sure the job was done and done right. He also provided many recommendations to help us avoid this issue going forward. Greatly appreciated and would definitely use again for other plumbing needs.

I'm so happy we went with Flow Right for our repairs. Daniel G. was absolutely great and was very knowledgeable and professional in helping us understand the issues and repairs needed. Daniel provided us with a very helpful video showing where our drainage system needed repairs. He provided us with options and the repairs were completed even faster than expected with the holidays. Charlie came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and fixed a leak in our basement. He was super nice and did the job quickly.

Jason came out on an evening and was able to get my toilet flowing again. He was very friendly and a polite young man. Didn't give five stars however because the next morning it was plugged again. Another gentleman came out when I requested it and did manage to get the pvc pipe that was stuck down in it out. Jason could not have known that pipe was still in there as he had the toilet flowing good when he left. Will recommend them due to their quick response and the ability to set a time that was convenient for me.
