Chris and Aaron did a water heater swap for me today. In addition to the scheduled work they contacted my warranty provider and insisted on replacement of other components found to be faulty. They were on time, polite , prompt and efficient. Would and will recomend them for any plumbing needs.

No waiting around wondering when he was go going to be here. Great priced with no hidden fees you weren't expecting. Great people.

The most unprofessional plumber I’ve ever dealt with. They cancelled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times within hours/minutes of when they were scheduled to come, and then when they finally did come they sent someone who wasn’t even a plumber, and he showed up hours late so I wasn’t home and had to race back to the residence which was really inconvenient. All for them to charge me $80 and say they needed someone else to come out to do the job. Fast forward to today when the other guy was supposed to come to do the job. I was given a window of 8-10 am and I still have not heard from them at all. It is now almost 12. I’m astounded at how poor their customer service is and how little they seem to care for their customers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best around. Called them for a hot water heater and they came out the next day. Great response time. Professional installation of my new hot water heater and I'm very satisfied. Our technician Garrett Wright was timely, deductive, informative and tenacious in resolving that problem over a 3-day period, during which he consulted other resources and ordered a scope that helped identify and eliminate the problem. It’s a dirty job but he conducted himself with professionalism and recognition of the importance of sewer line maintenance. We recommend Roto Rooter highly!
