Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Western Peak responded quickly to replace our water heater and a leaky pipe. Everyone that we worked with was personable and professional. We will definitely use them again!

Not impressed at all. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. Came in extremely late and then gave an outrageous estimate that is 2.5x of what I got it done for. Beware of working with companies that are not upfront with pricing .

Ralph and Reggie came out yesterday afternoon to give my tankless water heater a check and possible clean after I had had my home re-sided. They checked it out and shared with me that all is well with the water heater, but in the future I will need to do some regular maintenance to keep it working efficiently, but for now it was safe, working properly, and clean. They were very honest and upfront and clear about my options and because they essentially just checked the water heater out without doing any maintenance on it, they did not charge me for anything. I have done business with this company before and I find the technicians so knowledgeable and patient and honest. This company truly cares about doing good work, honest work. I will stay with them permanently and enjoy their yearly visits. Thank you, Ralph and Reggie. I truly appreciate your expertise and way of doing business.

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.

Very pleased that after another company failed to open the root bound drain that Around the Clock/Wes was able to persevere and get the drain fully functional. Thank you for the prompt customer service on a Sunday.
