I scheduled and appointment with Mark for last evening and wouldn't you know it....It began to snow heavily....I gave Mark the option to cancel, knowing we live in a remote part of Peyton on dirt roads....Mark responded and said he had a 4 wheel drive van and he would make it....Mark did it and on time...He quickly completed the installation and cleaned up after...Mark followed all of the COVID procedures while working, and he was professional, competent and courteous... The price was right toooo.... I would highly recommend this business....Thanks Mark

The original contractor promised our new boiler would be smaller than our old and neatly fitted into the closet so we could still use room in there for other items, he pointed out flaws in the work on our old boiler saying how the other company that we had work on it previously used crimping on the copper piping which he said was most likely of the cause of the leak that fried the computer and then continued to promise us affordable plumbing does not use that style, they have more reliable ways. In the end the boiler over hangs outside of the closet, it's way bigger than our old one, and all the new copper pipe was crimped on every fitting! The job had to be inspected and balanced two times, just for them to call us almost a year later telling us they never closed out our permit since the inspector never approved the work, a whole year they waited! Our new boiler and hot water heater work great, which they should after what we paid, but we did not like the salesman contractor who promised us everything that sounded nice to sweeten the deal and even promised that he would be back to watch the work get done himself, just for us to never see him again and everything turn out to be the opposite of what he said this company would do. It's close to con work, and we, as young homeowners felt like we were taken advantage of and lied to intentionally to get a quick sale.

After getting outrageous quotes from several other plumbing companies to clear a block in our main sewage line we were fortunate to find Leo’s. They offered by FAR the lowest pricing and did a fantastic job. Richard was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The issue was resolved quickly and in time for visiting family. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing work!

After some horrible experiences with other people and companies, the Heat Depot was literally and figuratively a breath of fresh air!!! They were on time, polite, professional and very informative about what they were going to do, what they did, and in keeping their end of the bargain. Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

My girlfriend and I had a major sewage backup at around 10pm last night. Sewage coming out of the shower drain etc. Called these guys and they had someone out to fix the problem within an hour. Ron was the technician who came to our rescue. He was professional, polite and fixed the issue within an hour. I would highly recommend Olson to anyone and everyone in need of emergency plumbing service!

Please don't go with this people. The company wants the money up front and they do poor job. These people are scam.
