Helped me late one evening with some gas line questions. Was polite and offered many suggestions on how and who to call to get my gas pressure and BTU line questions answered.

Toilet install. Everything went great. Just had to wait a week, which is the minimum wait time for any plumber in town for non-emergency.

Similar to previous reviews, our water heater needed replacement and after buying a new one at Home Depot, Delta Mechanical sent over Lee to install it. Lee was very prompt, very courteous, and didn't blink when he saw that the truck wouldn't fit up our long, steep driveway - he just carefully carted the new heater up, along with all his gear. He worked diligently and didn't mind me spectating as he worked, and when I pestered him with questions he'd take the time to explain everything he was doing, along with tips for maintenance. Long story short, Lee busted his a** and did a helluva job. Two thumbs way up.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Rob was amazing and very courteous from the second he stepped into my house. They will def be the first ones I call from now on with any plumbing or HVAC services that I need.

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.

Lee, the Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He explained the procedure very well, and I feel confident that we will be nice & cool the rest of the summer.

Do everything you can to keep him in your employ; he is great with customers.

Love Master Rooters pricing but I think most bad reviews don't understand what's wrong with their system and think everything cost $200. I sold hvac 15 years ago and can vouch for pricing just do a little research on average cost of typical problems and these guys are way more affordable than the rest of the Market.

I greatly appreciate Jolly Plumbing! They didn't rip me off. I had a quote from another plumbing company to change the water heater's gas valve for $586. When I called Jolly, they transferred me to someone who told me about how long it would take and a rough estimate of $300-360....and it ended up to be $315. Thanks Rich for coming out and fixing it! and Thanks Steve for taking the time on the phone to give me a more accurate quote.

The tech. Was prompt on arrival and very thorough. She made sure we understood what she did
