I had my water heater break on a Saturday and immediately went in search of a plumber to fix/replace it. He was very responsive on a Saturday and had amazing reviews, gave me a good quote. We agreed that he would come on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came along and he didn't come by, I reached out to him and was given no response. I was ghosted.

Charles was a life saver when he came out to fix a frozen pipe leak in the crawlspace at one of my clients home. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and found/repaired the leak in a timely manner. He even added insulation to pipes to prevent them from freezing in the future. Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

John was extremely professional, timely, and worked extremely hard to resolve our water heater issues, while also being budget friendly! He turned a potential $800 issue into a $175 one! Highly recommend! They're awesome!
