I went into western peaks office with a plumbing issue the staff there was able to address my plumbing concern / issue. Marvin checked out multiple issues on my property and fixed them , He disconnected my instant hot water heater and showed me how to hook it back up at a later date . He was very professional great manners did a excellent job very good personality and some Of the best people skills around . We will definitely be referring western peak plumbing To our friends and family for any plumbing and hvac .

Justin was awesome. He was very helpful and informational about my system.Edit to add 5/4/22 :Emilio & Bryan installed a brand new a/c unit and a new heating system. They were very professional, did a great job, timely work, and made sure we knew everything we needed to about our new systems. Would highly recommend anyone who needs work done, call these guys. They don't overprice and they're very straight forward about repairs/replacements.

This company is under new ownership and management and they are terrible. It is really sad what they have done to this staple in the community. I would never recommend.

Rick came right away for me when other plumbers would not come to Lake George. His prices are more than fair and his service is great. He actually called me the next day to make sure things where fine. For those who live in the mountains, you are lucky to find Rick. He did bring a helper and also he had me send pictures and write the info from the pipe. He brought the right pieces, which means a lot because the nearest store is 45 minutes away. Rick is GREAT!

The Tech was sent to our Apartments for an evening No Heat service call. Myself and another tenant seemed to be the only ones with no heat. The Dispatcher called to say the Tech would arrive in 30 minutes or less and advised me to watch for him. He arrived around 8pm. I showed him my non-working heat radiators and my neighbors apt, then showed him where the Mechanical room was. He said he'd take care of it from there and he did! In less than an hour we had heat and no problems since then. Thank you for the your great service, Mike's!
