Best Heating System Repair in Colorado Springs CO

My technician was great! I'm sorry to say, They didn’t charge the correct amount, but some reason it’s now my fault. Avoid this company at all costs! This company is miles away from any personalized/ professional service, It didn't matter what financial position I was in as I already paid them $375.00 for 10 min of work and they could not match up the bathroom sink valves, for that price, I should have gotten matching Gold Valves. They demanded $200.00 or else. I was willing to pay, but I needed time as I get paid once a month. I paid some lady in Georgia, claiming to be the collection agency for the All ‘Not’ so ‘Affordable Plumming and Heating who threatened to put a lean against my home over $200.00, yeah, it would take more money than that-to place a lean, think before you speak, your losing money for the Company. She misspelled my email, was not detailed at all, was not thorough in her policies, we asked for a receipt, she could only guarantee an invoice, as it was explain that would come from somewhere else.I've been effected like many due to the Pandemic this company doesn't have a clue. It will fail eventually because it's out of touch and management is like pay me or else! That's a bad business model, good luck

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

My tech was Clinton. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had issues for 11 years and have had four companies out and Clinton diagnosed it and started repairs. Happy gal. Will use them again and am happy to refer other customers. Thanks again!

My wife and I own a few investment properties. Luckily right after we bought our first one, we discovered Always Plumbing and Heating. Since then, they are the only plumbing service we will use. At one point, we did have a plumbing problem that we needed fixed ASAP and Ed couldn't get to it right away so we tried getting someone else who could do it sooner. We called and left messages with at least 6 other plumbers in town. None of then answered their phones and none of them returned our calls. So we then waited for Ed to get to it and since then, we refuse to use anyone else. He has done a lot of work for us and we couldn't be happier with Always Plumbing and Heating.

I had A/C installed, furnace replaced, ducts cleaned, very professional installation, would highly recommend. They were so professional that I called and asked if they did attic insulation, unfortunately they do not, I recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Smith's Plumbing and Heating crew.

Lucas was friendly and professional. He even got on FaceTime with me before he came out to the house so that we could walk through exactly what I needed and what parts to bring. He texted when he was en route so that I knew exactly what time to expect him. He also gives a discount for military members.

Thomas and his assistant greeted both of us, was very professional, friendly and efficient. He answered each of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the whole inspection process. He made minor adjustments where needed and gave recommendations and complete estimates sent immediately to email for us to review. We were very happy with the inspection. Thomas is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Why I rated them a one!! So my sale guy Dustin quoted me a price of a 3.5 capacity cooling system.When installation was being done,I was told that it was too big of cooling system for my home of 2204 sq ft home.So they decided to install a 3.Capacity instead. So I was told by the installer it would be a price difference.BIG SURPRISE FOR ME.
After installer taking all day after being told it will take 4 hour of installation. they arrived at 9till6pm they finished So I went into office next day to have price adjustment I was told it will only be $150.00 off.I ask to see the price of unit they Refuse to show me the price of Bryant 113A unit.
I said toDustin that it was about 1,000.00 dollars different. He STATED THAT PER HIS BOSS he was not allowed to show me the price difference!!!
My advice get the written contact of pricing agreements THAT IS HAND WRITTEN BY SALE PERSON OF BREAKDOWN ASWELL AS THE HOMEOWNER AGREEMENT!!

I needed a new whole home / central humidifier installed because my old one kicked the bucket. I'm in the local construction industry and know that HVAC Solutions does great work on our commercial projects. I was really happy to hear they did residential projects as well. Jason came out to view my system and walked me through all the options explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on one that was affordable and easy to maintain. He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the home consultation. Very rare to find a company that isn't just out for your money. I feel they had my best interests in mind and will utilize their services in the future.

Rick did an excellent job replacing our disposer. He took the time to make sure a new one was needed by taking apart the old one and showing me what had happened. He worked quickly and efficiently and the charges were very reasonable. We will continue to use Excellent Plumbing in the future.

Andrew Coleman did a great job with our water heater install and vent adjustment. No problems recommending him to others and will definitely be using him in the future.

We got a new water heater installed. The Jazy-Frei guys had to spend the whole day doing it because of how the old one was installed. They were quiet, respectful of our house, and they did the job perfectly. It's been a while now, and there hasn't been one single issue! We cannot recommend them enough!

I made a claim through my home warranty for issues with my garbage disposal. They said to expect a call from Team Plumbing. I was very impressed with Team Plumbing's quick response. Within 5 minutes of making the claim, Chris from Team Plumbing called me and said he could be at my house within 45 minutes. He showed up within his stated time frame and was very polite, professional, and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me tips on how to use it to keep it working properly. (For others that may not know, garbage disposals have a reset button.) I highly recommend Chris from Team Plumbing for your garbage disposal needs.
