It’s hard to find a company that has quality service & great prices but that’s exactly what we got with Smith Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! After a frustrating few months of dealing with the “other guys” poor service and or high priced quotes. My wife seen one of the big pink Smith trucks and noted it was a woman owned company so she called. We are sure glad we did! One of their technicians came to our home, not some pushy salesman, reviewed everything with us and we were shocked that they were half the price of the other companies lowest quote. The other guys priced at $13,000 and Smith’s with the same exact equipment (I checked) at $6,497 and we got a free whole house duct cleaning and sanitizing included. We also decided to upgrade our old 40 gallon water heater to a tankless Navien on-demand water heater on special for only $2,900. Their prices were so good we were concerned that maybe the quality of work would be lacking but again we were pleasantly surprised as their installers and technicians were courteous, polite and did a super job! We highly recommend Smith’s to anyone wanting great service at a great price!

Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

So, Olson Plumbing and Heating left me no choice but to give them five stars. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9. They showed up at 8:20. They said it would take 6-8 hours. They were done in 3 1/2 hours. The installers were so incredibly nice and professional. They were totally transparent and explained everything they were doing. It was just a very pleasant experience and I got a great price as well. I even told them before they left that I will probably need a new furnace in the next 2 years. Guess who I'm calling? That's right, Olson Plumbing and Heating.

Chris was professional, knowledgeable, right on time and definitely knows the business. He offered to look at a problem we are having with a spigot and said it can be repaired, so we'll make an appointment to get that fixed.

Cay came on time as he said he would, verified the problem and even found another issue that he brought to my attention, did excellent work in a timely manner, left my home as clean or cleaner than when he came, and processed the paperwork without delay. Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

The technician was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He told me what he had done when finished and left me a completed checklist for Kate reference. He wore a mask and kept the appropriate distance for Covid precautions.

Terrible customer service. They gave an overpriced quote to my friend who is from Atlanta GA and recently moved to the area, he is stationed here at FT. Carson. During this conversation that we had on speaker the lady told my friend to speak better English because I can't understand your ebonics slangwe then informed her that sounded racist and she respondedwhat's racist is thinking that the rest of us are supposed to know what your saying sir we got a laugh out of that so we let it go and I called back 30 minutes later to see if they would quote me the same for the work and they quoted me 200 dollars less for the same job at the same property which was cheaper than anyone else so we kept our mouth shut and had them do the work. WELL THEY IMPROPERLY SEALED A LEAK IN THE AREA THEY WERE AND 3 WEEKS LATER WE ARE REPLACING THE CEILING. The contractor who performed the work said whoever your plumber was is distinctly unqualified VERBATIM.

My water heater died suddenly at my short term rental the afternoon before guests were arriving, on a holiday weekend. My HVAC contractor fortunately recommended Steve who was able to obtain a new water heater last minute, then come over and install it. This was no small job as the mechanics for the house are in a tiny cellar with tight access. Steve was extremely professional, courteous, worked diligently to get me up and running, and kept me informed every step of the way. I whole heartedly recommend Steve for your water heater needs!!!

During the installation: if I had a question it got answered, if I had a concern it was addressed, and they were polite about me working from home. Would use them again.

Update: Work has been completed and they have returned several times to button up some minor issues. Scheduling has been better after initial large job. Adding a star for their recovery. Still feel that their work is good but scheduling and dispatch needs some adjustments.Tl;Dr: 1 star for company scheduling failures. Added one star because the only tech to do any work was greatAfter two rescheduled appointments Shad made it out to our home to inspect electrical work. Shad did a great job. However, the next week when installation time came a tech was assigned to call and arrive for work. Now call, no response, the office left me to leave voicemails with the scheduling team. Now I am nearly a week of PTO down the drain (of my very limited annual PTO), a credit inquiry (hitting my credit), and now the company won't return my calls or voicemails. Terrible.
