Best Heat Pump Water Heaters in Colorado Springs CO

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. The workers are amazing but this company does not value their employess. My husband worked her for a little under a year and if you see this and your looking for a job please do not look at this company for employment. We should have sued them because they were taking money out of my husbands checks and one time they took $200 out of his paycheck and I noticed so they had to write him a check. I wonder how much they stole in total from us and the other employees there who don't notice.

On time, the work was done quickly and professionally, and they charged what was quoted. What's not to like about that? I now have a functioning kitchen sink again after they snaked the line from the wall out.

LOVE this company. We've used them for years but this was the first time we had to call them for an emergent need on a Sunday evening. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who answered the on-call phone. Not only was she highly competent but she was extremely friendly. Robbie was to our home within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a 3+ hour job and he was nothing but professional, patient and efficient. We'll never use another company. Highly recommend.

This business is wonderful. They took less than a day and even cam out the night before to try to fix the issue before it was recommended that we replace the heater. Tom was my “Service Pro” and he was very respectful, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them for your home.
