The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

I hired Jeremy to do a gas line relocate. He didn't incredible job and he does very clean work. After the utility company came back and reinstalled the meter, I went to go light my boiler off and my stove and my water heater. He installed a brand new valve for each one of those even though it was absolutely not necessary. He absolutely went above-and-beyond. He found a leak and repaired it. He's very friendly guy, and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know who is looking for a great plumber.

This is the second review I’m writing for Smith, my first was for my hvac repair and maintenance. This time it’s for plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency when my outdoor water bib started leaking outside and inside my basement where the water spreading. I called Smith where someone talked me through shutting off my water until the plumber could arrive. The plumber arrived in under 30 minutes! He worked fast and efficient to find the leak. The water bib was located and repair an hour later. The emergency plumbing situation made it all the more clear what a great company Smith is! Highly recommend!

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

As a Real Estate Broker, I have worked with lots of plumbers over the years. You may be able to find cheaper out there, but in my experience, this is not an area in which cheap is the main goal. They always thoroughly diagnose and explain the issue, leave the property spotless, and provide a good value. No upselling, no BS.

Mike the repairman was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. There were some scheduling issues, but they fixed it. Both times I've interacted with this company they were straight forward and honest about the cost of the repair, what the issues were and things to look out for in the future. I would use them again.

Caleb was my technician and he was awesome! I had a toilet back-up (which we all know can be embarrassing) and Rooter Town responded same-day and was able to come out and fix the issue with a simple Auger. This was a big deal because there is only one bathroom in my home, so you can imagine it’s a problem if the toilet decides not to flush. Anyways, thank you guys! I will definitely recommend to friends and family looking for reasonably priced, professional service.

I used FMS to replace two sinks in my master bath (one had cracked, so I had to replace both on a double vanity to match). Starting with Kris Smith, who went above and beyond researching different repair/replacement options, the FMS team was simply amazing.
