Outstanding service! I initially called after getting the run around from two other companies. I called for a pilot light constantly going out on my water heater. I spoke to Misty, who was very polite and able to secure a technician the same day. He was at my door within one hour of calling. The technician, Mike Reaves, was top-notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Mike assessed the situation very quickly and efficiently and had immediate solutions. What started as a simple service call for a pilot light lead to an all-out water heater replacement. Mike even identified a worn seal on my ice maker connector that was deteriorated and corroded. This prevented a potential flooded basement down the road. He made me feel at ease about the extensive repairs needed even though I was not anticipating them. Mike had everything he needed to complete all the work on his truck and got started right away. He ran into a manufacturer's defect with the first water heater and instead of waiting for an hour or more for the replacement to arrive, he took it upon himself to go pick-up the new one and came back with it within 45 minutes. He was very thorough in explaining everything afterwards as well as offering up advice to prevent future problems. Though the repairs was more than I anticipated, I can now have peace mind that my problems are effectively resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as I am now a customer for life.

Made initial Contact with this Company 11-13-2020 and I was told they could come out to my property the following week, I am in the process of converting my home from Propane to Natural Gas and explained this to the person on the phone, This involves pulling permits and setting up Hook up appointments with CSU, the company never showed up that following week, so I called and they said they got busy and would come out the next week , this has continued to happen, Finally this Monday
12-01-2020 I called and asked if they were for sure going to be at my home this Thursday like I had been told , the man said that's what I said isn't it so I waited all day and called yesterday ( Friday) after he didn't show up again Thursday to see what was going on and he said he couldn't come out because he didn't feel well and would come out next week, I am obviously very upset at this point because he has been pushing me off for weeks, NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!! I don't leave many reviews for people but this guy deserved 1 star for customer service and for not knowing how to set his schedule up! i have someone else coming out first thing Monday morning now.

Had a new water heater installed Nov. 2nd by Chris Bentley with Delta and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was pleasant and informative. After finishing, he explained everything about the heater and cleaned up just great. Would recommend Chris without hesitation.

Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock.
