Fantastic service. I hate trying to find a dependable plumber service out of the blue. Chris at Team Plumbing was recommended to me, and didn't disappoint. He was prompt, responsive, made the repair quickly, and didn't overcharge. He cares about the customer, not just about making a buck. Highly recommended for his experience and service.

After calling RotoRooter out, being charged over $300, told I would need to hire a sewage clean up company, my problem was not fixed.

I called Doc's. They came out, snaked the overflowing toilet and got it flowing again. They scoped the line to confirm it was clear.

All of this for about $100 less than RotoRooter, who didnt even fix the problem.

My uncle had a backed up pipe. We called a different company who told us they couldn’t work on pipes in the cold? I called advantage sewer and drain and got an appointment for the very next day! Josh arrived on time and was amazing! He was very friendly and professional and was able to find the cause of the clog. Roots... he had all the equipment there and just took care of it right then! It’s hard to know who to trust when looking for professional help and I feel lucky to have found them! They will definitely be my go to if ever needed again!

Jeff Silverberg you are truly an artisan. Plumber is not a proper title for you, because your work truly looks beautiful when you're done, and never leaks. I'll never forget when you came to plumb my basement bathroom, but before you got into that you looked at the connections for 1st floor bathroom. You sort of bristled and then asked if you could make some adjustments. You lit your torch and old copper started dropping to the floor. You basically re-plumbed the middle of the house, and then tied in the new bathroom. All the joints were clean and shiny - no excess solder runs. I was amazed and have told others about your art since. Its still an example to my children about conscientiousness in one's work.

Ralph did a honest assessment of the situation - and presented honest options to fix the under-sink water seep coming off the hot water connection. I appreciated his approach of trying a more conservative fix - instead of going right to a more costly high-dollar fix...

Don't do any business with this company. Worse ever.

Our property management company contracts with these folks, and it's easy to see why! Aaron and his team work very quickly and skillfully, they're great communicators, and they get the job done. They've been out to our rental house twice now, and both times they were ahead of schedule.

The one piece of critical feedback I'd leave for this shop is that they should consider masking up when visiting homes during the remainder of the pandemic. That minor quibble aside, these are great, friendly people providing exceptional service.

EDIT: The next time these folks showed up, they masked up! It’s a little thing, and the pandemic seems to be nearly over, but we noticed and appreciated it. What a great company!
