Veteran owned and veteran friendly. Ill be using their service more often.Had plumbing and HVAC work done recently thus the reazon for this edit. The techs were proffesional and friendly to questions I had about the equipment. Helping me ease my concerns and also being transparent so i am not caught off guard when another component may be needed or when something goes wrong or on for too long. No issues really popped up but they still kept me in the loop just in case.

I needed an outdoor plumbing repair which was not an emergency, but somewhat urgent since we were heading out of town the next morning. I have never needed a plumber and called Olson Plumbing & Heating at the suggestion of a neighbor and I typically see at least one of their trucks on the road every few days. They were able to schedule a same-day service call and a plumber was on the way within an hour. Rich arrived and assessed the issue. He provided options without being pushy or trying to upsell parts or equipment. The repair was completed promptly, tested in front of me, and honestly was a much better installation than the original just two years prior. Rich was very professional and courteous throughout the service. I know that every service call may not go as smoothly as this one, but based on this experience, I would call Olson again for future needs.
